The Place to Stay in Sherbrooke This property has a good location and a top-notch front desk! Before we even checked in, Krista had us taken care of, so we arrived with confidence that we would be comfortable. Louise (cook/chef) in the restaurant made us much better than average breakfasts for the three days we were there. Get to know Krista and Louise and you can't go wrong.

Ok The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice and helpful. They offer free parking and there's plenty of restaurants to have breakfast nearby. The swimming pool has been closed for over 5 years even though the website still announces it. Disappointing.

Beautifully renovated room, excellent service The rooms are beautifully appointed and renovated. They match the professional pictures from the website. The service is excellent from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the guy that shuttles things to our room. Moreover, they packaged everything nicely during COVID. Breakfast is available in the restaurant, but the actual restaurant/bar looks like its under renovation. The server gives you to-go cups for coffee and she wishes you a good day on the lid with the weather for the day. Certainly a cute touch. Good view of the city from the room.

Delightful surprise, This was a last-minute booking, and we where pleasantly surprise with the accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and well situated. Good bedding and one of the nicer bathrooms in this class Good value for the price.

We never come back Little room , not very clean , we tried to speak with the staff for problem in our room but nothing changed , i can not understand this hotel , breakfast with no choice , a pity , we will never come back
