Wow! I DEFINITELY recommend! I’m currently in the midst of a 60-day stay at this Best Western, and I have to admit, I was hesitant to give the brand another chance after a terrible experience with bed bugs at a different location (Crawfordsville, IN). But with limited hotel options in the San Fernando Valley, I took a chance, expecting the typical rundown, sketchy scene I’ve found throughout the Valley. I couldn’t have been more wrong! After five nights, I’m blown away by how nice this hotel is. The staff, especially housekeeping, are friendly and attentive. The rooms and common areas are spotless. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the pillows are perfect, and despite its location near a busy street and freeway, noise isn’t an issue. The only downsides: a $14 nightly parking fee (after tax), no free breakfast (though there’s a Denny’s on-site), and no BW Rewards points since I booked through Expedia. That said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Best Western for families, business travelers, and especially solo female travelers. It’s safe, clean, and well-managed. I’m actually looking forward to the rest of my stay!

Most pillows ever! It is always great!! I love this hotel. I'm waiting for my condo to be finished and these guys are the absolutely the best! Very good about asking every day if I want or need service! Most places avoid even having to give you extra towels and here they want to make sure that you ALWAYS have what you need. Also it's so peaceful and quiet here! No rowdy guests ever!!

Well worth it Great place! Actually much nicer than I expected honestly..… everything clean and staff efficient. Carla ( Karla?) at the front desk was very friendly and helpful although I think I asked way too many questions. Haha. I would definitely return.

Great place to stay Best Western Plus Carriage Inn is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is consistently polite, efficient and responsive. Apu and others at the front desk are prepared for my arrival. The cleaning staff are amiable and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for all my needs. The value and quality are great.

ALWAYS AN PLEASANT AND OUTSTANDING STAY AT THE CARRIAGE INN We have stayed at the Carriage Inn the last three years and have ALWAYS had an outstanding experience there. It is convienent for where we need to go in the L.A./San Fernando Valley area, the management (especially Troy who it seems has always been on duty) extremely courteous and wonderful, the rooms ALWAYS clean and comfortable (love the new squeeze citrus shampoo and body wash) , the grounds have ALWAYS been kept up,and the hotel's on-site Denny's has also been a favorite. Food and Restaurant service has also always been great. The Carriage Inn has been in the SF Valley (Sherman Oaks) for ages, we have only used it the last three years but it has always a wonderful stay. We don't know how the management is able to do this (keep rooms, grounds clean and pleasant) in such a big hotel (it actually wraps around the on-site Denny's) but they do.
