Very nice and modern Hilton property Overall very nice and well maintained property with two swimming pools (outdoors + indoors), fitness room and tennis courts. Indoor pool (open 6am-9pm) and adjacent locker rooms with sauna give a nice spa experience. Breakfast a la carte in the hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but delicious, with great staff. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious, and definitely meet upscale Hilton expectations. I wish we could have used the executive lounge, but it is closed over the summer. Unfortunately front desk us is not client-friendly with few rare exceptions, and the app offering digital check-in coupled with text messages from front desk on our way to the hotel were confusing and ultimately did delay our check in. But Rachelle saved the day and kindly helped us out with our revised reservation when we arrived. I wish there were more front desk staff like her. Thank you Rachelle! At check out, again confusing and contradicting information about our rate and hhonors benefits with "H." at the front desk. Never mind, we did enjoy our stay at the hotel, and would recommend it.

unable to use the outdoor pool We stayed at the hotel for one night. The place was super clean very important to us, but the outdoor pool was not open until close to noon and the hours they said it was going to be open was at 9am. We paid for full use of amenities and that is not what we found out when we stayed at the hotel. Quiet disappointing.

A lot of closed area due soccer team closed horrible pool staff I'm writing to report several issues during my - A non-functional fridge in multiple of the rooms, which spoiled food and medicine (I stored my food supplies and medicine upon checking in when I needed sometime which was around 7/8PM majority of staffed spoiled ) - Closed pool bar and no food allowed at the pool (mind you they closed off the only seating where you are actually aloud to bring food and eat all because of soccer team visiting their hotel super ridiculously) - Lobby closure due to a private event without prior notice if they limited amenities they should at least inform they guest prior the checking in - Broken pool chairs that caused minor injuries to my family Furthermore, upon departure, I experienced a disturbing incident with the new hotel manager. Despite being a regular guest at your hotel every summer, she enforced new rules and applied new restrictions in a discriminatory manner. She approached my group by the pool area after check-out, demanded that we exit the premises without checking with other guests if they were checked outed as she pinpointed a Jewish crowd she knew we checked out , and displayed rude and anti-Semitic behavior. (Every year that I did come this hotel never have I had any issues regarding once I check out I cannot hotel amenities ) Moreover, I expect the hotel management to address and rectify the unacceptable behavior of the new manager (Brittany LeSieur) and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, regardless of their background or religion. If that manager will remain here it will be all downhill for this hot

Better hotels exist in New Jersey. Avoid this hotel. Dated and disappointing Hotel was extremely dated. We booked a suite with a (mini) kitchen. The kitchen in the room had a microwave, small undercounter refrigerator and one electric element for cooking. The equipment provided for the kitchen was exactly 1 (One ) plate, a few pieces of silverware and some cups and wine glasses. Essentially useless as a kitchen. The shower in the bathroom was old and in useable but poor condition. All the furniture in the suite was old. It’s hard to say anything positive about this hotel. As noted in other reviews parking is 18/day. However, the parking garage needs serious work. There is exposed rusted rebar in the ceiling of the garage. The rebar is exposed as pieces of the concrete roof have fallen down. The garage needs attention immediately due to potential safety hazards. We were provided the minimum amount of items in the room. For example as a Hilton diamond member I expected the hotel would replenish water. They never did. There are certainly better more updated hotels to stay at in New Jersey. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location, good property but could do with more professional staff Loved the hotel, location, breakfast and their service staff. The fact that it has an undercover carpark was really very convenient during those 4 very cold and rainy winter days of our stay. Overall an excellent property even though it is a bit tired and run-down. The great location was definitely a plus point. Unfortunately, some of the reception/check-in staff were downright rude and unfriendly whilst just four of them were outstanding - like really helpful, friendly and very professional...which made up for the lack of personality of the others. Shame...because unprofessional and rude staff are certainly not good for business and not a good first impression being the first point of contact! It's enough to set you off to a bad start. When you pay top dollar room rates + $18 per night just to self park your car, the least you can expect is to be treated well...we were not asking for any favours!
