Very uncomfortable Front desk staff was not very friendly but the reason for my review being negative is that the beds were by far the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. (We travel A LOT) They are hard and so are the pillows. We all woke up stiff and sore and thankful we were only there one night. Casino is small and smoky even in the non-smoking section.

Great clean place Very pleasant place. Room was large and very nice. We checked in after 5;00 pm and checked out at 6:30. Was there for surgery and it was perfectly located close to Surgerical Hospital on Line Ave. ac worked well. Water pressure was not good but nice place.

Staff is not friendly I was with a guest at this hotel, visiting from another hotel across the street. We went to the pool for a little bit and the pool attendant came out (female), very rude, asking me and my other family members if we knew the rule was 4 people per guest allowed at the pool. We had only 2 adults with the 3 guests staying at the hotel, she didn’t ask details about how many we had, she assumed we were breaking rules, but we were not. We were leaving anyway, but she continued being rude to us as we left. I would not recommend visiting this hotel, I will not be a guest there. It could have been handled in a kindly way.

The Bed Bug Bites Are Traumatizing!!!_ I would not hesitate to sleep in my car before sleeping here again!! Stayed ONE Night The Very Next day I started itching and burning uncontrollably and big bumps started appearing ALL OVER MY BODY!!!_ Back, Arms, Face, hands, legs! The Bed Bugs Are UNBELIEVABLE!!! I would not allow an animal to sleep here!!!_ See Pictures!!!

Go to a motel It started at check in. The desk clerk was not very knowledgeable. I paid for the room with Affirm. The first night was already charged. She could not understand how a virtual card work. I had to pay 108 dollars for the second night with cash. Went I got to the room it was a disappointment. It was dim and not very clean. Half of the lights wasn't working. The interior of the room remind you of a 50 dollar a night motel. The electric plug for the coffee maker was hanging out the wall. I will never book there again.
