Clean, friendly, live entertainment-highly recommended We booked a room here to listen to entertainment at their Remington Garage event venue. The service was top notch and staff were extremely friendly. This cute boutique hotel offers many amenities and is centrally located. The rooms are themed, we stayed in the Tiffany room. It’s painted in Tiffany blue. Hotel offers continental breakfast and has a full bar. One block away is their event venue which has live entertainment! We highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and I’d stay here over a chain hotel, hands down.

Luxury experience in downtown Shreveport The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was incredibly professional and helpful. My wife and I had our two year anniversary in one of the suites. I called ahead and the staff helped me setup the room with robes, rose petals, champagne, you name it. They went above and beyond to help and did not ask for any additional compensation or tips. When we went to check out, valet had already pulled my car around. I would rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could.

Lovely little hotel! Amazingly comfortable bed, hot water all the time, charming rooms, each individually themed after artists and artisans. The staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous, valet parking worked out very well. Honestly the staff made the experience, from the moment I walked in, they were absolutely the best hotel staff I have encountered on many trips, including supposedly luxury hotels. An in-hotel restaurant would add to the experience as most eating places are a two or three block walk. I will definitely bring my wife on a return visit.

Excellent venue, wonderful staff Beautiful suites—each we were told are unique—and great staff. There’s a bar on the bottom floor which happened to be slow when we rolled down, and so we got to enjoy chatting with the staff about the hotel specifically and Shreveport generally while we enjoyed the drinks. Will be staying here for all future Shreveport trips.

Hard pass This is not a good hotel. The room was dirty and the hotel was well worn and aged. I have no idea when the pictures here were taken but it is a shadow of its former self. They said they were remodeling and I sincerely hope they can turn it around. They did seem very nice.
