Kitchen staff Mrs Emma get all 5 stars for her outstanding service I'm Mrs Curtis First of all I want to thank the night auditor or manager he made sure he took care of me during my stay very kind hearted man I personally want to thank Mrs Emma in the Kitchen for her outstanding service who went above and beyond to help me she always greeting with a smile and willing to help with your needs the food was great and area clean and warm thank you Emma The front Desk morning staff was kind and helpful The evening staff was nice but I had questions that couldn't be answered The night Manger is attentive and patient always willing to help you with your needs The renovation that's needed limits you to some of the relaxing moments that could have been great like the pool and hot tub And the phone lines response takes to long to answer Over all this is a very nice place to stay and I would stay again

What ocean view! The facility is going through some renovations which was evident by the pool/hot tub closer as well as exterior painting. The younger staff members are very inexperienced and not very motivated. The facilities defination of an ocean view is probably not the same as yours, especially if you're paying for it.

Dirty and grossly stained carpets Dirty and grossly stained carpet. The widows at the balcony are dirty and needs serious squeegee cleaning. The centralized AC is loud so it disrupts our sleep everytime it turns on and it has a ticking and hissing sound. The staff and breakfast crew are very nice though and overall staff are friendly.

Best breakfast buffet ever! The Hotel is in a great location next to the water. While the hotel is undergoing renovations (all carpets need replacing), the staff are excellent and the rooms are very nice. The best part of the hotel is the morning breakfast buffet. Emma and her staff make everyone feel welcome and take care of making for a fabulous start to the day!

Disappointed We were disappointed in the hotel. There are signs at the hotel stating they are remodeling, but it was still run down and looked dirty, and our floor did not appear to be under any renovations. It was not at all what we had hoped for. The "water view" was mostly parking lot, the hallways looked like a murder scene, the hot tub was out of service, our tv remote was broken (I asked to have it fixed and nobody ever showed up), housekeeping never came by... it was just nothing like the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Even the pool looked very murky and dirty (you have to take the elevator to the basement, and it was not very pleasant down there - hot, stuffy, moldy). The water view was mostly parking lot. The back of the hotel, on the actual bay, was nice and there were nice walking trails; but the hotel itself was just not what we had hoped for.
