A MUST!!!!! 10 out of 10 Absolutely beautiful! The lobby, rooms, restaurant and pool area are stunning! Everything is remodeled so beautiful. WOW…. Beach access is so easy and you have chairs and umbrella set up for you! Pool area as well. The staff was amazing! So friendly and made my stay so special. Rocio was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! 10 out of 10!

Forgetful employees. Overpriced. Not up the standards of their prices. Lack of Communication. Big mistakes at restaurant CONS: Room was in good condition but with some miss care from housekeeping. Dirty table / Greasy in room 232. Hallways had trash & towels outside of rooms for almost 15 hours. Front desk was cordial but not helpful. At check in at 5 Pm at the 26th. (Forgotten requests / miss information.) At Check out; very rude at Check out Sunday 28th at 11:30 AM. No Name tags, so you would not know who you are addressing. Same over the phone, short; rude, - no - my name is:_____ how can I assist you? - which is usually standard for Hilton properties. Restaurant is way over priced and also: service charge / gratuity included when staff is forgetful and usually late on demands. Example: extra sauce for tacos was not delivered / drinks were forgotten at delivery time and had to go request them. Day 2: huge mess up with Ronan, wrong order, out of 5 dishes he only got one right. Tried to charge all of them for a value of 233$ when only one dish was correct out of the order. Service charge is included and should had been waived, 1 hour and 50 minutes for everyone to get their meal right. PROS: Pool attendant: the lady is amazing, great character and information provided, the only one at the whole property that has hospitality skills. Host at the restaurant Saturday afternoon was really good as well. Great view from room 232, the beach is beautiful in that area, chairs are removed at 6 Pm

Great Refurbished Hotel This hotel sits on a lovely part of the beach. Savannah, at the Front Desk made check in a breeze. She took time to explain the hotel to us. There is a really nice outside bar and pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are light, airy and clean. You really can’t ask for more. We enjoyed the experience so much, we extended our stay. Truly a hidden gem.

Extended Weekend Stay We consider this resort to be a "hidden gem". Booked as a last-minute stay and delighted with our choice. Everything was only steps away, the beach, food, drinks. The weather was accommodating and making each day better, always a place on the beach with chairs, umbrella. Really appreciated the outstanding service provided but, especially the standout from Simeon and Rocio. Both went above and beyond. Now that we found this place we will return.

Semi- decent Hilton diamond member here. We travel OFTEN. Let me start with pros: Rooms are nice (had top floor partial ocean view). Housekeeping was quick and did a great job Food was pretty good Water filling stations were so nice! Pool and beach access were great Cons: Room not ready upon arrival. Got to the room and toilet was about to overflow. Had to call maintenance. They were quick! Wait staff took their time, watched us be seated and then looked back down at their phones Bathrooms downstairs were disgusting, out of soap, paper towels on the floor We had to track down servers inside restaurant Last night we went next door to Marriott to eat dinner. Now THAT was service. Manager came and introduced himself, asked us for a pro and a con on the food. Gave us his card told us to come back. This was unsolicited. Just good management
