Great time at the pool, hot tub, and Reflections bar We went for a friend's wedding on the beach. The staff were all very nice and the accommodations were outstanding. Our favorite person was Dirk at the bar. He is one of the coolest people we have ever met. Very kind and helpful! Great time overall!!

promises NOT kept we stay at this resort many times and is a beautiful place and well managed resort. Last year we came with all my extended family at Ocean Palm (53 people). They all loved the place and many bought Encore vacation from Oceana Palm sales department and made reservations for this year. My husband and I bought points last year also. we were offered a good deal because of the pandemic and part of the sales incentive was a bonus week at Ritz Carllton. The sales person, Badr Al-Fassi, after we bought the points, we are calling repeatedly BUT he never answer our call. This is not Marriott level of customer service that I am used to. Very disappointed

Can’t wait to go back. It was a great experience from the start. The room was clean, nicely furnished, perfect oceanfront view, and a completely outfitted kitchen. The front desk, restaurant, and market staff were extremely professional and personable. Surprisingly, the menu had many healthy and tasty choices. Our Two bedroom ocean front room was one that we will definitely visit again.

Must stay when visiting West Palm Florida. I highly recommend staying at Oceana Palms for your next trip to Florida. Amazing room, awesome view of the beach and inland. Staff is very pleasant, wonderful food and very clean. They also have complimentary beach chairs but do rent out umbrellas. The beach help is a little rude if you bring your own umbrella but can be overlooked. A must stay if in West Palm.

Fabulous Property My family of 4 all adults just returned from a week at this resort. The staff knows the meaning of hospitality. Beginning with Marissa at the front desk, Sam at the Reflections restaurant and the entire beach staff everyone went above and beyond all week. We arrived at noon to check in. Our room was not ready l, however we were told here’s a key and enjoy the resort. They stored our luggage and even refrigerated food. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Any requests for extra items were taken care immediately. I would return to this resort again. It’s truly Paradise.
