Absolutely wonderful stay! Absolutely beautiful hotel. I have nothing bad to say at all. The hotel was very full with lots of kids. Most of the kids were running up and down the halls throwing ice from the machine, but the staff was on it. Constantly asking them to stop and be decent (which fell on deaf ears) The beds were comfortable although the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The large tub in our room was soo nice!! I will require all my hotel rooms to have that _. Just a really great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Not the worst hotel experience, but close We checked in late Wednesday before Thanksgiving around midnight. Exhausted, we didn't notice the fine print that we must request our room to be cleaned. We missed breakfast because we arrived late, but just wanted coffee. Canisters were empty each morning on our way out. When we returned to our room the next two nights, neither key card was working. I had to go back down on their slow elevators. No apology, like it's a normal everyday thing. About half the bath towels were thread bare and the pool had no full-size towels at all. The mattress was lumpy, and when I returned to our room to discover our room wasn't cleaned and then noticed the go-green policy they clean every 3 days. It doesn't hurt that it saves them a ton of money in the process. The next morning I asked the lobby agents we'd like our room cleaned and was told us, yes they would. Well guess what, it still wasn't cleaned. When I called the desk to ask why, again, no apology, do we need more towels? No I wanted my room cleaned!

Not worth the money Rooms were fine. Nothing special for this price. Lobby looked like the State Fair. People running around with no shirts on. Desk help visiting with what appeared to be family members. Not that clean for this price point.

Don’t bother unless you crave dissapointment Where to begin?… 1) Cottage Room. Reserved for (3) people. Only 2 bath towels (1) hand towel (2 ) wash clothes. No hand soap. No pillows or comforter for pullout bed. …had to hunt down housekeeping They were out of hand soap and body wash so gave me a bar of Dove, no available clean comforters so thin blanket was all daughter had x 4 nights. 2) Breakfast: don’t bother. Cold eggs, outdated/ sour milk in a gallon jug, outdated yogurt, thin wimpy soggy bacon, lukewarm warm coffee ( not even in breakfast room had to walk around corner to lobby area) More issues ran out of typing space

Bad experience. Will not stay again. The hotel itself was nice. However, we waited 1 1/2 hours for a pizza which was supposed to take 30 minutes. The bartender tended to the people wanting drinks before he even started the pizza. No apology at all. In fact he was mad at us when we complained about the delay. Also, our TV remote didn't work. Overall, the worst experience of any hotel we have stayed at. Would not recommend.
