Good place with few misunderstandings We enjoyed the firmness of the bed. Cleanliness of the place. Cleaner were as friendly as people that don't speak Enlish would. They tried hard to understand. We did have problem with price and room. Room was not poolside as promised. We were charged much more than stated. We were on family/medical so we didn't want to spoil it.

Great hotel. Outdated but clean! Great hotel with a fantastic pool for little. Slide was great for older kids (quite fast). Room was clean and have everything you'd expect. Tv was small but not a deal breaker.

Great for Kids Facilty and water park area great for the kids. Hotel staff and cleanliness overall was good. 3 stars due to hard mattress. Rooms also were either too cold or too humid hot, there wasn't a good balance in room temperature. Overall excellent for the kids, average or below average for the adults.

Birthday Girl weekend I visited Sioux Falls August 3rd - August 5th for my granddaughter's 10th birthday, I traveled from Hot Springs SD with 2 of my grandchildren and met up with 2 more at the hotel. The pool and waterpark were enjoyable. However, staff has zero people skills, The 1st night we noticed a few black bugs and my granddaughters were being dramatic and yelling because they were scared, I later noticed translucent brown bugs that crawled into the ceiling. I did alert the front desk and was informed that they would bring to the manager's attention. I didn't see any more bugs until we were checking out and they were by the door. The back entrance was also littered with cigarette butts and garbage. The walls were very thin, and we heard people having sex and loud talking throughout the night,

Great stay .. really enjoyed ourselves. Very nice and comfortable room. Clean bathroom. Superb pool area plus arcade, bar, restaurant. We will be staying there again when given the chance. We will be considering ot one of the top places for our honeymoon stay and anytime we just want to get away from home for a whole.
