One night stay Well what cn I say! Beautiful hotel and amazing Staff!we stayed for one night for a trip to legoland. My grandson jammed his finger in the car door and the staff on reception couldn't do enough to help cheer him Up! The hotel was spotless. Pool clean and warm. The only complaint is that the same group of men occupied the sauna and steam room and as a woman on her own I didn't feel comfortable going in with then but that's not the hotels fault! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Would highly recommend

Starter looked great, main tasted great. Starter looked excellent, see photo. Bombay papri chaat. Instagrammable. Main was a paneer butter masala with a garlic naan. Didn’t look as spectacular but authentic flavour (didn’t hold back on level of heat, for a milder dish) and naan made in house. Nothing to fault. Easy choice given I was staying at the hotel!

Poor Check-in Experience I'm never the one to complain but unfortunately this is due to poor service and unresolved issues. I recently stayed at Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor on 01/03/25 for which I paid £75 to check in from 3pm. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived at the hotel at 10:15pm, but due to a large queue of passengers whose flights had been cancelled, we were unable to check in until 11:15pm. While I understand that the flight cancellations were outside of your control, I was extremely disappointed to be made to wait at the back of the queue for an hour, despite having already paid for an early check-in. This delay had a significant impact on my ability to rest, as I had an important and long dance course the following day, and I did not get enough sleep. When we raised the issue with the staff during check-in, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. One staff member told us, "I don't know what you want us to do," and another mentioned, "It's first come, first served." I found this response completely unacceptable, especially since we were the paying customers and had made arrangements to check in earlier. There seemed to be very little empathy or effort to address the inconvenience. In my opinion, the situation could have been handled more fairly by assigning a staff member to identify guests who had pre-paid for a check-in and allowing us to bypass the queue. This lack of consideration was frustrating, especially given that we had already made a financial commitment. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room emitted a loud buzzing noise, which disturbed our sleep early in the morning, compounding the issue further. I feel that this experience was not reflective of the standard of service expected at Copthorne Hotel and I would appreciate some form of compensation or refund for the inconvenience caused. I trust you will take this complaint seriously and respond accordingly.

Exceptional Service at Millennium Hotel’s Indian Restaurant Had a fantastic dining experience, thanks to Shak! His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented. Shak’s service truly elevated the experience—highly recommended!

Good The food was very good and the waiter was really nice. He recommended nice food and it was delicious. The food was served fast as well and the serving was good for four people. I loved spending time with my family here. Thank you for making our trip a great time.
