Refused to stay after seeing room and wouldn't give our money back We signed a CC authorization form before check in. When we got to the hotel we found signs of bedbuds under the mattress and the rooms were filthy. We looked at 3 different rooms and then refused to stay. They still charged our credit card and we couldn't get our money back.

Terrible service and harassment! We checked in on a Saturday morning. When we got to the hotel there was nobody to check us in at 11:30. We had to call the site manager to get someone there. We didn't get checked in for almost 2 hours.
They don't give clean towels & toilet paper. We were there a little less than a week planning to stay an whole week when we required more toilet paper. When we asked for more toilet paper and some clean towels we were told that it's their policy not to change towels and give extra toilet paper!! So if you have more than 2 people you will usually run out of toilet paper within 2 days and of course I don't use a towel more than twice. They said we would have to wash our own towels if we needed them!
There must be a lot of drugs running through this place because one of my older children went out to smoke(which you have to be almost off the property to do and is understandable) he was minding his own business standing the distance away from the hotel that he was told to go and was accosted by a police officer that started to harass him asking what his name was and wanting to see his ID. The officer was acting like if he didn't give his information up that he was going to arrest him. We were just in Georgia to visit family and we thought it would be a bargain! Even though it was a good price it was a terrible experience!

DO NOT stay here! The service at this place is TERRIBLE! The manager was very rude and hostile when I told her that I was locked out of my room due to my key not working because THEIR computers were malfunctioning and I had to sleep in my car! I went the front desk the next morning to tell them what happened. I don’t remember the young lady’s name that I spoke with but it was a young black lady and she told me that their computers were malfunctioning and that she couldn’t give me a new room key.
Whenever you need to contact someone after hours
they tell you to go to room 113. I went to room 113 and there was a family staying there they didn’t even have anyone there who worked there. When I
explained this to the manager she said that they don’t tell people to go to room 113 when there’s literally a card on the front desk after hours that tells
you if you have a problem to contact room 113. She said that they tell all guests to call a certain number for any problems they might have but that number
was not at the front desk and there’s a number on a piece of paper but it’s inside everyone’s room and I couldn’t even get into my room. The manager was
not listening to anything I had to say and was very dismissive, rude, and hostile. It was very hard to talk to her and eventually she hung up on me while I was
still speaking to her. She said that there was nothing she could do and that this was the first time she or anyone else was hearing about this when I had
contacted the front desk in person first thing the next morning after I had to sleep in my car. Do not stay here they do not care about their guests. They just
want the money. You are wasting your money and time if you stay at this dump. The maids are lazy and do the bare minimum. One time they left one of their
cleaning rags and spray in my room because they just don’t care. Another day I came back to my room to find one of my sealed sauces splattered all over
the wall after the maid was leaving my room. Long story short, DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it big time!!!
Sincerely,
Dylan R. (Alexis T. And Leslie T. Are witnesses to everything stated above)

Too horrible for a construction crew We refused to stay at this hotel after we signed in. The beds were still a mess and the sheets were stained and unwashed. There is a ton of construction going on and no one is ever at the front desk. You have to call the 800 number to get in touch with anyone. They still charged me for both rooms and refused to give a refund. I contacted their home office and they showed no concern, all they said is once I signed the paper at check in, that no refunds would be given. I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card.
