Total Bliss We spent 4 nights feeling pampered and catered to. The lodge has stellar service from all its employees. Either they love what they do or are coached really well. Shout out to Kiefer and all the spa staff. Cozy and Uber clean. Furnishings, appointments, and lighting remarkable. Just a wonderful place to indulge in. This retreat deserves 10 stars and a minus3 on ick factor. I highly recommend the Club 268 with your reservation for the splurge. Now for the disappointment. The view from the riverside was fair. Somewhat unavoidable, but they are remodeling and relocating some public spaces. Really didn't interfere with the operations or atmosphere. More of an inconvenience. An outdoor space with falls view and food/bev service was lacking. Under construction. Had I known fully, I would have postponed my stay until next summer. Neverthless....... I would definitely return.

Great Dinner in the Temporary Dining Room My wife took me to the "temporary" Salish Dining Room in the Attic. They are offering their full dinner menu there while the main dining room is being remodeled. If this is a preview of what's to come, I'm excited to come back. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. My hat is off to Piper who added so much to our experience.

Relating and elegant Our night at the Salish Lodge was,in a word, splendid! We began the evening with cocktails in the bar which was such an enjoyable experience thanks to our effervescent and knowledgeable server Sandy. The room was clean and luxurious and we loved the outdoor firepit. Overall a fantastic experience!
