Perfect Location/Visiting Maroon Bells Wonderful place to stay while in the Aspen area. We were visiting Maroon Bells to hike one afternoon and then to watch the sunrise the next morning. Perfect location! The grounds area was beautiful and well-maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Helpful, wonderful staff!! Very helpful staff when I first booked this room many months earlier! Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay in Snowmass I'm on my final night of a 4 night stay at the Pokolodi Lodge. Just chilling, hiking and relaxing after a work trip in the area. Everything is perfect, I have a lovely king bed room with a private balcony with a view of the mountains. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Dave, the friendly and helpful GM obviously takes great pride in running the property. I find it funny when I read some negative reviews complaining that the hotel isn't air conditioned and has no elevator. This is Snowmass, it gets down to the high 40's at night! And people need to keep in mind that this is a ski lodge, not the Ritz. If you are looking for a simple, clean and friendly place with a perfect location right near the shuttles, restaurants and shops, Pokolodi is the place.

Nice place to stay in Snowmass Village. Very nice! Clean no smell, comfy beds, 4 pillows on each bed, yes thank you! Nice big tv. Plenty of easily accessible outlets. Desk, easy chair (it was under the TV, but it had gliders, so you could move it around the room). Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & board. Bathroom sink area stocked nicely. Toilet/shower room kinda tight but no problems. Nice towels. The shower— water pressure was OK, but as I showered it varied between getting cold, getting very hot, and pressure going down. So that was very annoying. There was breakfast available till 9 am but since we were on vacation, we never made it, so I can’t report on that. But there was coffee and tea available all day. Pool & spa nicely heated. Located right next to the mall, so close to the gondolas down to base camp, or up the mountain. Also, buses right next door, including to Aspen!

Snowmas is an excellent place to vacation with the family on winter, but this is not a place I would recommend to stay. Snowmas is an excellent place to vacation with the family during the winter. In relation to the stay at this hotel, The staff does not have a service attitude but it is only a reflection of what the manager transmits, who is a person with a very bad service attitude who does not seek to make the guests feel welcome. Bad experience at all.

Excellent service without the high cost. A wonderful ski in /ski out lodge, next to the snowmass mall, the staff went above and beyond especially with giving my father and I rides to the hospital after my father hurt himself. The rooms were clean, and plenty of towels.
