Incredible I had so much fun. Eric and Oscar from the Toro bar were fun and attentive. Great service and fabulous food. Sushi was great. I recommend the acrvichado!!! We also had the scorpion roll and the Mac and cheese. The ambience was remarkable. 10/10 recommend.

Great Another successful and enjoyable experience at the Viceroy Aubrey from the Concierge worked diligently before we got there in preparing an action packed well thought out itinerary. She went above and beyond in making sure we had an amazing time - accommodating all of our last minute changes and ideas with a smile and getting it all done A large component of staying in Snowmass is the constant need of local transportation which is provided complimentary by the Viceroy. As you can imagine some miscommunication can lead to grief and significant delays. We came across a few instances of potential problems which were immediately resolved by Justin at the valet. No was never an option with Justin, he figured out how to accommodate everyone being creative and diligent - he got things done with assurances and a smile Looking forward to another stay in the future

Family friendly! We attended a wedding at the Viceroy and it was absolutely beautiful! We had a two bedroom that fit my family and my parents perfectly! We were amazed how close it was to the lower village, which was so kid friendly! The kids brought their scooters and had a wonderful time in the game area, around the village, on the free gondola and at the pool!

Gorgeous Room & Fun Pool Area The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. Management was thoughtful to leave a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate a birthday… and Rosa at the pool bar was just lovely - she’s a keeper! Overall a lovely experience of luxury. The only thing that would be even better on property would be a cute little cafe/shop to grab easy snacks…

DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT BOOK! This hotel is undergoing MAJOR construction across the driveway. There is ZERO transparency about the construction itself and how the stay is impacted. Not to mention that despite a significant deterioration in the stay experience as a result of the construction, they are not offering any discounts on resort fees, or the room rates. There are hidden fees EVERYWHERE. Including a valet parking fee of $55 per night. Hilariously, there is nowhere else to park! So you have no choice but to valet your car. The main kitchen is closed because of the construction. So the only place you can eat is the lounge. Breakfast has one choice-eggs. And the coffee was consistently awful and COLD for 3 mornings in a row. We ordered a bowl of chicken soup and a poke bowl for room service one night and it cost $102! The indoor pool area is closed and the outdoor pool has construction immediately adjacent. But they still have the audacity to charge $150 resort fee. Listen, construction has to happen, we get it. BUT-be transparent with your guests about it and reduce rates accordingly. This was a 3 star hotel experience at best. We will not be returning for a second stay. Try the Limelight right next door-much more reasonable and accommodating.
