Great place to stay The hotel just reopened, everything is so clean and fresh, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Best hotel in the island, great pool, and view of the marina. Nice peaceful courtyard to walk around, looks like there will also be a bar out back that is being built overlooking the marina. At check in there were two phenomenal ladies Macy and Ornella they went above and beyond to accommodate. Then at check out Naya was very nice and informative.

Terrific time A great hotel, a great room, and great staff. We’ve been down there a few times and have always been pleased with everything at this hotel. We were in walking distance to restaurants, beautiful views on the Rison, waterways, sailing ding gamma fishing and just about anything you wanna do

Nice Stay Staff was wonderful. Large room with a refrigerator & microwave. Very comfy bed. Beautiful pool area. First floor rooms have 2nd door access to walkway. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants/bars/shops.

Back again This hotel was formerly owned by Holiday Inn. We stayed here in 2021. Enjoyed our stay then and in 2022, with new ownership, we’re still enjoying it. A few comments though: the rooms could use some upgrades to the electrical outlets. Most of them in our room were not able to be used to charge a laptop or phone. The lamps and furniture are dated as well. But, with new ownership, I’m sure upgrades will be happening. The staff continues to do an excellent job. The pool is fantastic. Would recommend staying here.

Fit my needs, could use an update to the rooms and more exterior maintenance My dog Nibbler and I visited and stayed in one of the balcony rooms with a view. The place is massive and is part of a marina if that’s your thing. I would have given a better rating but you can tell the room is a bit tired. Due for a spruce up. The room was a suite so large. It had a kitchenette with a Kuierg but lacked any utensils, even some plastic ones would have been great. And also a bottle opener would be nice. The room was cleaned okay and the sheets were clean. The shower tub combo was barely functioning and lacked pressure to the overhead shower head. Fit my needs though and there aren’t many other interesting choices that allow pets. So I’d give it 3 stars as is, but with a little work this place could be much more. Must have been quite the pace when it opened. My room 436 had some stains on the carpet and the keycard lock was showing it’s age, very slow to unlock. Close to Solomon’s and near a level 2 ev charger that’s free. I was able to get a good charge each night, just had to do it in the late evening when it was not being used by the customers using the shopping center.
