Very nice Stayed one night at the beginning of August 2024. It was expensive for one night (over $350), but I see you can get a room for like $125 in September. I thought it was worth the hefty price, so if you can get it for even $200 it’s worth it! - We got a room on the first floor close to the lobby. I would’ve preferred a room on a higher floor with a balcony, but we were only there for one night and they let us check in early so I wasn’t going to hassle them for a different room. The room was comfortable with plenty of space to put stuff (a bench, counter space, etc). Bathroom had good storage as well. Floor could get slippery, so def wipe up any spilled water. - Plenty of parking that wraps around 3/4 of the building, though you may have to walk kinda far to your car. There’s many entrances/exits, so you just have to find the one that works best for you. - they have a few different infused water options. They had strawberry lemon, cucumber and plain when we were there. They were constantly refilling them, so flavor could be diluted but it never ran out. - had to ask front desk for ice, although I think there was an ice machine on the third floor?? Not ideal when you’re not on that floor. - pool was great. There were inflatable beach balls that you could take home. The kids really enjoyed playing with them. They also came out a couple times to offer otter pops and once for water. Pool towels are on the loungers or in the storage cabinet thing. They do want you to return the towels before you leave the pool area (basically, pool towels shouldn’t leave the pool area). There were three covered cabana areas with outdoor couches on the far side of the pool and loungers along the other side. - it’s on the outer edge/corner of all the shops and stuff in Solvang. Very walkable, but also nice and quiet. - there’s an associated restaurant right next door, though we didn’t try it.

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Hotel Corque My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Hotel Corque. The entrance and lobby were beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean, modern/updated, comfortable, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the his-and-her sinks in the bathroom. I appreciated regular access to water in the lobby, as well as the complimentary water bottles available at the front desk. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. We also dined at the restaurant connected to the hotel, and it was a great dining experience!

Beautiful hotel but needs a few more touches for 5 star... Went to Solvang for a girls R&R trip and stayed at the Corque 2 nights/3 days. Very pretty lobby, loved the infused waters. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. The room was lovely, however there is only 1 ice machine located on the 3rd floor. No options for in-house breakfast or hotel bar, only a vending machine with wine. Also, I was so looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool, but was filled with screaming kids all day. Location was perfect and walking distance to the town.

Magical Escape We stopped in Solvang to break up our drive from Santa Monica to Monterey. It looked like a neat place from the photos online and it did not disappoint. You'll find yourself taking a lot of photos. There is literally a picturesque view from every street corner. The Corque Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. They could not have been friendlier. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a partial vineyard view and balcony. It also looked out onto the courtyard with the pool. It was absolutely wonderful. The view was gorgeous and the beds were extremely comfortable. The sheets were very buttery soft and smooth. The room was very clean and inviting. The bathroom was fantastic. Two vanities/sinks and the shower was large and water pressure and temperature were great. The hotel includes free wine tasting at some bars but we arrived too late for that. One really neat thing about the hotel is that there is a wine "vending machine" where you can try different wines any time day or night. We paid $3.00 by swiping our room key to get 1.5 oz of wine (in a real wine glass) and it was just enough to enjoy sipping on our balcony in the evening. We even saw and heard a great horned owl mama and baby who was giving the "begging" call. The hotel also offered three kinds of infused water in the lobby. There were just a lot of little details that made the stay very charming and pleasant. The one thing I would say is that people hanging out around the pool shouldn't be allowed to play their music on a Bluetooth speaker or on their phone speakers. That kind of interrupted our balcony time. People: buy headphones. Not everyone needs to be subjected to your bad music. Solvang itself is very charming. In the morning we got pastries from Mortensen's Danish Bakery which were fantastic. We were told it was the most authentic bakery in the area. If you're heading out on route 246 Ostrichland USA is a great little stop just 2 miles out of Solvang.
