Not Too Impressed I don’t think there is a bad location to stay in Solvang since the main town is pretty compact. Upon arrival I was informed that there was no breakfast. It was only a continental breakfast but there was no price reduction. Other places give a food credit or provide wrapped snacks. As in many places there is no room cleaning daily. This is not a problem except trash removal or a place to put trash would be helpful. There was 1 trash container near the front of the property. It is also an inconvenience to have to ask for more coffee each day. The room was OK. Hard flooring would be nice as the carpet was old. It was nice having a comfortable chair .

Great Family TIme Our room was clean and all the amenities are great. It is a perfect room for a quick trip to Solvang. It is within walking distance of the Solvang strip. Parking is easy. We left an expensive bottle of wine and they sent it overnight and we got it the next day. I personally loved that the hotel was low-key. The pool was great too. We will come back to the Kronborg again.

Overpriced for the type of accommodation offered Front desk mostly unattended. Rooms need to be updated as they are a bit worn out. Only plus side is the location - not in the crowded center, but 5 min. walk from it. Check other options before going to this place.

Worst place ever This place is a mess ! ______ Real Big mess! ___ When we checked in nobody told us that reception is CLOSED BETWEEN 7 pm and 11 am . My Family enjoyed jacuzzi and when we tried to open our room after room key stopped working . I went to the reception and it’s CLOSE, there was no emergency number, nothing what people should do in a case of emergency, nothing!!! We stayed outside for 1.5 hour and police was trying to find the number of the Menager or owner ( we called 911). Believe it or not, they couldn’t get any information for us ! My Son is a child with a special needs, he had panic attack, he was wet , cold, hungry and scared _ However, police officer came over and give us a ride home, we live 40 min away. Next morning my husband and I come back to the hotel and got our staff. Please, don’t go to this place!! It’s on sale by the owner, and they don’t care about customer service and you!__‍♀️

Kronburg is Way Overpriced Wonderful location in Main Street in Solvang, friendly professional staff. Rooms need a significant upgrade/facelift from their 1950’s Motel 6 (in 1950) motif & aura. No views, not fitness room, tiny bathroom. Should be okay at about $90 to $100 per night. Currently way overpriced
