It's an okay place if you are looking to save money. We when checked in, we found that there are no elevators here and they didn't have any rooms on the ground floor. Two of us are disabled so not a good start but that was our lack of research as this was a last minute road trip. We arrived upstairs, to find that one of our rooms had not been cleaned. Check in is at 3 and it was now 5 so that was unacceptable. We saw a maid in the room next door and told her. She said we had to call the office so we did. They said they would give us another room. We went to eat dinner and when we came back we went to exchange the keys. To our surprise, they gave us the same room which had now been cleaned. We really didn't want it after seeing it nasty but at that point, we were exhausted so we just took it. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great but it was better than we expected. The pool was too cold for me. The hot tub was piping hot but no bubbles. The one good thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located. There are lots of restaurants, shops, casinos and things to do nearby.

One night stay It’s not far from Lake Tahoe but little far from busy area which we liked. This has decent rooms. Rooms are ok size but not clean . Staffs are friendly. Parking space is there but very tight if you arrive late . Breakfast was good . We stayed with kids and bed were very narrow . It’s a budget hotel .

Don’t even consider staying here This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Ammenities are non-existent, service was shocking, we had to ask twice for bedding, the room was tiny and cramped and the floor was covered in stains. The main light was broken, as was the toilet seat. Housekeeping apparently every 3 days. The “free breakfast” was a disaster.. hundreds of guests supposedly eating in a tiny room with a handful of tables. Walking in was like walking into a refugee camp. Packed like sardines, standing room only for a handful of basic breakfast offerings and no hot food. If this was the last hotel with vacancy in Tahoe, I would keep driving. Worst experience.

Dirty, rundown, rude, ripoff. Booked through Amex platinum. Room was nothing like the picture. Mattress was falling apart, walls were dirty, paint was peeling off. They charged extra for a balcony, which overlooked the back parking lot and the hotel behind it. Sooo disappointed. Then they charged a $3 resort fee. There was no resort or amenities. There was a half empty dirty pool, besides the fact it was 35 degrees out. I asked for the resort fee to be removed and they young woman was rude and condescending. The argument was that all of the hotels charge it and it was only $3. She also told me I don't understand what a resort fee is. Very bad service, very bad conditions. I need to figure out how to get Amex Travel to remove this pile of crap motor inn.

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE MOLD I just want to warn anyone that is thinking of staying here because it is a serious health hazard. Me and my boyfriend stayed here in September of this year from the 5th-8th and on our last day while taking a shower we noticed that there was A LOT of mold in the window seal of the shower. Upon seeing that we freaked out and grabbed our stuff to get out as fast as possible because we had already starting feeling sick but just chalked it up to being on vacation. After leaving we were extremely ill for two weeks straight after coming home. I couldn’t even get out of bed and when I tried to talk to the hotel staff they were anything but helpful. I was told that a supervisor was not there and that they will call me when they return and I never received a phone call. After calling them multiple times trying to reach them I had to file a claim with my bank which ended up getting denied because this hotel is greedy and money hungry and does not care about the health and safety of their guest. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of effort and empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
