Stay here! This place blew me away in terms of overall experience. Beachfront access: Check. Grassy area outside our unit for kids to play while we watch: check. Centrally located w/ a a whole foods across the street: Check. Huge master unit in the 1 bedroom: check. Great bed? Check! Issues with heat? NO! Pool was great, heated, tons of activities, everyone was fun and happy to be there. I couldn't really find any faults here. :-)

Dirty, False Advertising, Zero AC Ants everywhere. We were slapping them off while sitting on the toilet, they were even in the bed sheets. Advertises a Queen bed for the room we booked and it was a Full bed. Staff said, “Queen and Full are the same so we just call it a Queen.”. No water pressure, and no housekeeping for a 6 night stay. The private beach is a joke. Very little space and no lounge chairs available. The entire property has no air conditioning so you can’t get any sleep in a hot and stuffy room.

Beware Misleading Photos & Bait & Switch... We've stayed in over 200 hotels over many years. This is a first. We booked a queen room studio with kitchenette for 5 nights and specified a non-Disability room with balcony under options. We also called the hotel 10 days in advance and went over our booking and request. They informed us in advance that they could not guarantee a view, but otherwise we would get the room selected. When we arrived, they said all they had was a disability room facing parking lot, 1st floor, with no balcony or drawers for clothing. THEY DISCLOSED FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT ALL OF THEIR NICER ROOMS AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE PHOTOS ARE RESERVED FOR TIME-SHARE OWNERS--A KEY FACT THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED UNTIL WE ARRIVED. They made no effort to switch us during our stay or adjust our bill and It was too late to find something with a kitchenette near our location. Only positive was their access to a nice little beach.

Misleading Room Info, Great Location Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING, rude front staff, rules that you don't know of until you get there (i.e., no sun shades on beach), unknown room building location. Pros: Great location, quality room with two bathrooms, small kitchenette, room for a rollaway bed, balcony, good property amenities like pool and beach access with ping pong table, volleyball net, tennis/pickleball court, pool table, workout room.

Beach and Ski Club I enjoyed my time at the club and I was happy with it. Definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a good time.
