An amazing romantic weekend getaway! The room accommodation and views were perfect! Nina was incredible! She answered all questions we had, in addition to going above, and beyond to accommodate us. Additionally, she gave us brochures on events and nightlife for the evening. Hubby and I are already planning our next trip._

Amazing time This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful, kind and courteous. It was very beautiful sitting by the lake and around the fire walking the beach. This place was amazing. I give it 10 stars. Nina was very helpful. We will be back for sure. It’s a wonderful place to get away.

Lake Tahoe between seasons, but turned out wonderful! The resort is close to the ski resorts, casinos, and dining! We had a fabulous time on our trip. The accommodations were a little dated and it was difficult to maintain the temperature in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked Nina, who went out of her way to answer all our questions!!

Convenient Convenient to the beach and the mountains. Love the fireplaces and smores. Always a good stay. The resort has good amenities and right across the street from Safeway. It has beach access which we love- always watch the sunset. Flat screen tv that have plenty of hdmi outlets for brining your appletv box or games.

Thank you Nina we were having big problems checking into our hotel, it got to a point where we almost cancelled our reservation and went to a new hotel. Luckily we were working with Nina and she helped sort this out, she even flagged us down seconds before we cancelled and left. She went above and beyond for us when she really didn’t have to. She was incredibly flexible and constantly checked in w/ us. This was the best customer service i have ever experienced. Booking this hotel was the best decision of this whole trip and it’s all thanks to her.
