Yikes The lovely and talented front desk was a pure joy to deal with. Everything else was sub par. Upgrades are needed and cleaning needs to be focused on totally. Lucy, Noah, Hannah, Gloria and Traci and Travis were sweeties! After an upgrade we may come back. But until then wont reccomend.

Terrible Facility I am a long time Hilton Honors member and have stayed in numerous Hampton Inns over the years. This was by far my worst experience. The overworked staff were great. Unfortunately they were in an impossible situation. No room keys were able to be made as there machine was down. So for over 24 hours they had to let guests into their rooms. Our first room had peeling wallpaper and a toilet that wouldn't flush. We requested and received a room change. This room had missing covers on lights, peeling wallpaper, bathroom door so warped it would not close and heavily damaged furniture. No other rooms were available we were told. Until the ownership takes some pride in their facilities and spends money on maintenance and upkeep. I would not stay here.

Avoid This Hotel Until It Is Renovated This old hotel is in need of renovation. Our room, 106, smelled musty and there was several inches of visible black mold on the lining of the bathtub. There was long black hair stuck to the wall of the shower -- the cleaning team had clearly not done a thorough job. We planned to mention this upon checkout, but a fire alarm at 9:00AM prevented that, everybody evacuated including the front desk and 3 fire trucks showed up. Water was streaming down the inside window of a second floor room, so the sprinklers must have gone off inside.

Awful - do not stay here This place was awful especially for the price. Despite being asked to check in online and select a room (requested one on upper floor away from noise) the one we picked was not available when we arrived. We had to go three rounds to get a barely acceptable one: #1 - gave us #101 on the main floor next to kitchen and lobby, #2 - A/C unit not working properly and sounded like a dying moose. We finally took Room #3 because we were tired, but it was not pleasant. The shower curtain was torn from rod and dangling on one end, only two hangers, no cups (neither coffee or water), nearly empty shampoo bottle, recessed outlet impossible to plug in charger, large gaping, dusty hole where they had removed fridge and not replaced or cleaned. The room across hall had door open and it was filled with mattresses, so something must have been going on. We've stayed at run down Hampton Inns before, but this was a new low.

Hotel is in need of upgrade. This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. Very dated. Pillows look like they’ve had them for years. The bath towels were so thin and small. There were no toiletries in bathroom. Not very clean. For $300 I would expect more. Hilton needs to do better with this hotel. I would not stay again. Due to global outage the room keys didn’t work we had to be let into our room by front desk and there was only 1 person.
