Lack of room services This hotels is lacking in good room services. Water bottles are not complimentary and you have to buy. Infact, if you need any extra spoons or knife, then you have to go to reception and get it. There is no one who can bring it to your room. Overall ok but room service is really bad

The real hotel is better than the photos they posted Over all was good, the breakfast area and the bathroom need to upgrade because they are a bit too out dated. There is no full hot breakfast as other Best Western, the breakfast area carpet is old, dirty and dark. You need to pay $9 for the parking. But, the room was remodeled which was nice.

I would pick another hotel We were quoted a price and it was more when we arrived , the day we arrived I checked on your website for the same days and the price was half of what we paid , we paid with no customer service follow-up on this issue , the customer service at the front desk was insensitive and rude , the kitchen was closed due to a fire and we knew this but the chef cooking out front was eating product as he made it , I would assume that behind closed doors this wouldn’t be an issue as we would not see it happening , only positive experience here was the conversations with the bartender , This will be our last stay at a Best Western as we found out that every hotel is privately owned and basically do whatever they like , never been treated so poorly by a Best Western hotel in all our travelling , not worth the original price quoted never mind the twice the price paid_

Safe Place to Stay Place is safe, staff is helpful and friendly and accommodating. It is clean also. Many restaurants and supermarket around. Rooms are clean. Basic needs are available. Breakfast is free. A friend recommended us in this hotel because she stayed 4 times already.

Old and dirty rooms Looks like a 40+ year old hotel rooms. Ugly and old fashion. Desk and chairs are old and dirty with stains.
