sucks I have stayed there several times before but this time i called last minute to book a room for two nights. Well I had to cancel it for emergency reasons and the manager said that there was a 24 hour cancellation policy and he couldnt do it. mind you that i booked less than 24 hours. Then he completely lied to my face on the phone and said that i booked my room threw booking.com and said that i would have to pay the entire two days. this is very poor business and I dont suspect that Ill get a refund but i will NEVER EVER GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN....THEY SUCK

Enjoyable visit Our stay at the Dunes Motor Inn was very enjoyable. It was clean and quiet, perfect place for a family. And it was just small enough. Another great aspect was that you could actually walk to the beach if you’d like! Great feature. Pool was up and running always filled with nice families.

Me and wifey time We stayed here great price great service. Sometimes people just expect to much don’t let the reviews fool you. Place is not your 5 star Hilton in but it’s clean it’s cozy and staff is very friendly 5 minute walk from beautiful beach and tons of restaurants. Jack thank you for having me and my wife will be back again.

DON"T GO HERE!!!!!! Our flight was canceled due to storms and we could not get out for two days. Our reservation was only for 3 nights so we would only be there 10 hours. I called and asked for a refund due to something out of our control and I was denied. I spoke to "Jack" and he said that was their refund policy. I told him that the airlines had canceled all flights up and down the east coast until Sunday and we were supposed to come in on Friday night. He was so rude and not understanding.

A stop on the way home from Maine We have stayed at the Dunes a few times over the years and Jack and Rosie are wonderful people but they are struggling to keep up with all that needs to get done. We were able to stay in our favorite room the largest room at the Inn but found the beds very outdated and very uncomfortable, the windows are very old and need updating, they were putting new doors on each unit when we were there which is an upgrade. The TV is 20 years old and needs to be replaced with flat screen TV. The light over the beds did not work and need to be replaced and the breakfast table and chairs are ripped and need to be replaced. I like Jack and Rosie and they work hard but aging is slowing them down, it takes a lot to keep a small Inn like this running and it cost money to keep up with the area. I wish Jack and Rosie the best and hope they are still there the next time we come through.
