Great location, but overpriced The location of this hotel is great and it was clean, but it is VERY dated and a lot of money for the value. The website images combined with the cost of the room lead one to have different expectations than when you arrive. While I recognize “it’s the Hamptons in peak season” it was a lot of money for what you got. The hotel could use an upgrade if they are going to charge those rates. That said, the staff was incredibly nice and I hope that for the mark up on the rooms they are paying them well because they deserve it. Everyone was great there.

Worst Customer Service! They have the worst customer service! I tried to cancel a reservation 3 weeks prior to my stay due to a sudden death in my family. They were rude and told me that they are charging me a $75 a day fee. I was even going to rebook for September. I will never stay here again! Buyer beware

The first and best hotel I have stayed at in Southampton! I love the Hamptons and Ioved this hotel because they allow pets and I loved breakfast and shuffleboard and the pool and bean bag toss and the tennis and ping pong and that I was so close to my cousins to and I loved that I could be outside for so long.

Loud hotel sound all night - book elsewhere We stayed here for two nights with children/teenagers. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it is. We decided to stay there anyway assuming it would be nice given the price. The decor is pretty standard but not what you’d expect for price tag. Unfortunately the main problem here is you may get no sleep at all due to an unusual amount of sound from neighbouring rooms. We had people above us who came in late at night and initially woke us walking up the stairs. However We could then hear every time they moved or walked above us all night like loud floorboards, but louder than you would ever expect. Usually children sleep through anything but not this amount of noise. We were pretty much all awake all night with the sound. Given I was alone with my daughters and there was nothing could have fixed it in the night, we just had to put up with it, we felt really trapped and left quickly the next day to try and move on with our trip. I did contact the manager by email but they really don’t care. It was a pretty upsetting experience.

Fine stay in midrange hotel I see people complain about staff attitude here, but honestly everyone I interacted with was very friendly. This is a midrange hotel whose best asset is its location. I wish there was a power plug at the desk (it’s annoying that there isn’t), and I wish the rooms and furnishings were higher quality. However for a quick work trip, this was a fine stay.
