Employees were kind. The hotel wasn't Stopped in for the weekend for a funeral. While the receptionist was kind and helpful, the actual hotel itself (as in the building) was old and outdated. The room itself was dirty and dingy. The appliances were old and the bed was broken. Had to change rooms because there were red substances all over the hotel carpet (looked alot like blood). Told the front office about it and he stated that it was nail polish or paint. No thank you. We eventually had to go to the local Walmart and get cleaning supplies to clean the hotel room ourselves. Had to ask the front desk for a vacuum to get all the visible dirt and dust. Let me not get started with the overwhelming smell of weed and cigarettes that permeated through the building. Traveled with my 5 month old and thank God I brought her playpen because it wasn't clean enough at all. It wasn't the bare minimum (forget about covid standard of clean). They need a complete overhaul of their hotel before I can even remotely consider staying there again.

Nasty Very unprofessional. White House security. None of the staff are on the same page. Everyone has their own rules or make up lies, whatever works so you aren’t bothering them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible Place is under construction. They have armed security after 7 pm and charge your guests $35 to park there was used condoms on the ground in the parking lot. And there were people fighting in the building next to me.

Don’t waste your money! If I could give this less than one star, I would. Sketchy property and terrible service! Only two towels per room. We had three people in the room. When I requested additional towels, I was told that I needed to bring the dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them for clean ones! Wow. And, the light in the bathroom was out. We literally had to take showers in the dark for our entire stay. No maintenance over the weekend. Yet, prices aren’t lower over the weekend. Not worth the money we paid to stay here!

Room The room had an old feel to it but was clean , the hotel is not true to their reservation and if they have a discrepancy with booked rooms they won’t tell you ahead of time but will wait till you check in to tell you they don’t have your room available
