COMFORTABLE!! Most comfy beds of any hotel I’ve been in. That was at end of two week trip with many hotels along way. So the comfy bed was the most appreciated thing ever. Great location and beautiful river walk out back. Didn’t even care that we had a Jumbotron playing outside our window all night. Just closed the curtains.

Good Rooms, but Unfriendly Employees at two restaurants. We stayed here twice in the last two weeks and both rooms were nice. The pillows are a little hard, but the rooms were clean and quiet. Love the lake view. The check in clerks were very nice. And while our server at Cafe Bellini was good, the hostess was not friendly and made us feel like we were an intrusion. And... the counter clerk at Primo (Tabby?) was downright rude when we ordered our gelato for dessert. Employees were a mix of good and bad, but we were happy with the rooms and would stay here again. We'd just eat somewhere else.

Incredible value The Western Village Inn & Casino is a great alternative to staying in Reno. The expansive hotel and casino offers nice quiet rooms close to the casino and restaurant. Very clean and spacious, lots of gambling choices, and great food at Pancho & Willie's. Very reasonably priced.

Always Clean Room, Great Location and Good for Pets I always stay at the Western Village. The rooms are spotless, the pet fee is reasonable, there is a large pet reief area, AND, for me the #1 reason, it is next to the Sparks Marina. I walk around the two-mile paved walking path three/fourt times a day.

Warm shower We have stayed here many times due to location and price. Alas, we are giving up on it. I need a hot shower, and the best you get here is luke warm, even when you turn the dial all the way up. Otherwise, it is a good place because it is a smaller hotel and casino.
