Wonderful welcome to Spartanburg My husband and I recently bought a home in Spartanburg and had to wait on our belongings to be transported. Our 5-night stay was such an enjoyable experience. The front desk staff Chris, Shamiya, Josh, and Delilah went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. The people in the breakfast area and the housekeeping staff(Christina and Judith) were also wonderful. Glen helped us with the refrigerator in our room when it overheated. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks to all!

Regular Hampton customers Always reliable. Were able to use Hilton Points (that brought the price down). Another option is an AAA or Military discount (but not as good as Hilton Points). Staff is always good, indoor pool was clean and parking was good. Better than average complimentary breakfast.

First class except for the WIFI Ignore all the bad reviews that were driven by renovation. The Reno is complete and the result is a place that looks and feels brand new. The pool is open and all services you would expect are available. The only problem we had was WIFI connection. Even with the front desk helping us my Apple laptop was unable to connect. We travel a lot and this is the only place, world wide, we have been unable to make the connection.

Ok for one night Positive: the hotel is in a great area off of I-26, staff friendly, room spacious and clean Negative: difficult to find, they are renovating so the whole first floor is a mess, breakfast is virtually non existent, check in was difficult due to the computer system being down, very limited tv channels, it sounded like someone was rolling dumpsters up and down the hall all night Bonus tip: download the Hilton Honors app and book your room there. You can check in online and when your room is ready they will send you a notification and digital key. You can open any door that required a key (pool, room). This is my favorite feature of Hilton hotels

Stay Away! Not a Hilton experience. Stay away! Under renovation (the website does not mention this except for pool). Horrible experience. Ashley at front desk lied to me and provided inaccurate information. Tanya, "Manager", did not return the 3 phone calls I left over 4 days. This place really hurts the Hilton brand and upper management needs to do something.
