Overall a great place to stay Overall this is a great property. The river path behind the hotel was a great place to stretch our legs after a long drive and the pool had a great vibe! We had a great meal at the Osprey and enjoyed music on the patio....service was slow and not very attentive though. I gave this property a 4 overall due to some issues in the room....the bathroom door was very difficult to close and open and the air conditioner sounded like there was something in it trying to get out! It made sounds all night! Regardless - we would return!

Nice stay was overshadowed It's unfortunate but our stay was tainted because we forgot a pillow in the room. My wife needs a special pillow for sleeping issues. We called & it was planned to be at the front desk. When we got back to the hotel about 1:30pm we were told the pillow wasn't there. We were traveling light from the Tri-Cities for a medical procedure and this was a crucial pillow so we weren't mistaken about it. Possibly it got mixed up with the room pillows although the case was a blueish white rather than pure white like the room pillows. Anyway, a nice stay but this is what we leave remembering.

Comforting and relaxing pet friendly and people friendly hotel on the Spokane River. Excellent professional and friendly service. Beautiful location and room. Amenities are excellent. Treasured pet friendly hotel.Definitely recommend the hotel for all ages, abilities and time needed for a place to stay in downtown Spokane.

Love this place! We had business in Spokane but were on a family trip with our two small dogs. I cannot say enough good things—great restaurant, right on the footpath along the river, walking distance to downtown. Staff is highly trained and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Unsatisfied I stayed 2 days, first night I called the office to report a man trying to get in the doors in building 3, then he went through garbage cans. I was told no security until 10pm. Next day man is washing his clothes and washing his body in the hotel outside water, called again, no security, manager was going out herself. We go every year and never experienced this!
