Decent mid grade. No microwave in room, bleh coffee, met expectations, breakfast best perk. No microwave but decent breakfast selection. It did have the red velvet and original waffle maker, which made us happy. The keyless entry via the app was amazing. Rooms cleaned and staff super friendly. Coffee was not that good, watered down flavor for both choices. You need to use the microwave in the lobby. Overall decent mid grade hotel, the microwave in each room or more discrete area to microwave would have been nice, as well as if the coffee was a little tastier. There is a Dunkin beside the hotel. Pool is OUTDOOR. Looked like a small workout room.

Subpar for a Hampton We arrived before 4:00 pm for an overnight stay. From the beginning, I was a bit disappointed with this Hampton Inn location. It seems that the hotel owns only one luggage cart, which was not available. We weren't welcomed as Hilton Honors members upon arrival. Fortunately, my request for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevators was honored because hall noise was problematic even at that. Boisterous guests arriving just across the hall awakened us after 2:30 am. I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. This was a first in all my Hampton Inn visits. I like to reheat my morning tea while greeting the day, but I had to drink it quickly here. The room was not furnished with blackout blinds - so no sleeping late, and the window was filthy on the exterior. It may never have been cleaned, as crud-caked as it appeared. The decor was stark. Nothing pretty about it, no cozy ambiance. The hot water took so long to show up that we thought we might have to forego showering. Meanwhile, there is no bathroom fan. When the water did finally get hot, the entire room dripped with condensation. I did not appreciate the sliding door that served both the bathroom and the hall closet. There is no sound seal, so you can clearly hear the toilet flush when the door is closed, which awakens your roommate in the middle of the night. The good news is that the bed was typical Hampton quality and extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless clean. There was plenty of lighting, sufficient electrical outlets for charging electronics, and the wifi speed was adequate. Amenities included an easy chair and table, a couple of ottomans which also serve as luggage racks, a mini-refrigerator, desk and chair, iron and board, full length mirror, flat screen, hair dryer, and plentiful counter space - both in the main room and the bathroom. I appreciated the full-size tub for bathing, while so many hotels are replacing tubs with spa showers. I also like the wall dispensers for personal care products, rather than single use plastics. Balancing this facility's positive attributes against the negatives, I might not choose this hotel again during my next visit.

No. Too dangerous. No. Just no. Where do I begin? I’m a Hilton member & 99% of the time, my card is charged AFTER we check out. BUT, this time, I’d used my pre-pay & it was charged before we even arrived at the hotel. My family & I (w/dog) had a ground floor hotel but it was next to the backdoor exit, which had a lot of (loud) foot traffic. The beds are horrible & hard as a rock! The water was lukewarm in the shower. There were stains on the window shade & gouges in the desk. The TV was a pain to work through too. BUT, the worst part is THE DOORS DON’T SHUT ALL THE WAY-you literally have to shove them hard to ‘hear the click’ to literally close your door. This is so dangerous! It looks closed but it’s not until you push hard enough to hear that click. Hubby bought sodas from front desk but clerk ‘forgot’ to give him a receipt. I did the checkout & the clerk said since I booked it through 3rd site then my checkout receipt would be emailed to me. I booked it through Hilton! I won’t stay here again!

A Real Dump The whole place smelled like cheap bathroom cleaner. Room carpet was worn out and stained, couldn’t see thru window it was so dirty. Bathtub had a gouge in it. Lights in bathroom were very bright daylight bulbs that shine directly in your eyes. We checked out 5 mins after checking in.

Clean and Attractive Hotel at a Good Price I like staying at the Hampton Inn. I know I will always get a clean room with attractive up-to-date furnishings. It is a good value for my money and I can gain or use my Hilton Honor points. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed.
