Loved it all! We read that a common complaint is the complimentary breakfast suggests or recommends a tip still. After having breakfast at Porter’s we understood why! It was much nicer than any complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had and the waitress said the vouchers don’t pay them, just pay for the food. The tip was well worth paying to us! The only thing we missed out on was bringing food for the cute animals (see photo on what you can bring).

Very satisfying experience We Stayed for a single night. Slept very well, enjoyed nice accommodations. The farm out back was adorable. The Breakfast was yummy. And the show was great! The only catch was that our toilet clogged in the middle of the night. (thanks to a four year-old and his over-enthusiastic use of toilet paper) And we couldn’t access Help. At least, I couldn’t figure out how to access help, since the front desk closed at a certain point. Maybe there was a solution and it wasn’t obvious to me.

Very nice clean and comfortable stay. No issues Nice but older hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the free breakfast was outstanding. Great stay for the fair rates they charge. Great views of Zion from all around and convenient location within town. Great jazz concert the night we were there too. And only $15 tickets. Great deal, great entertainment. Highly recommended if staying in Zion.

Great location but with improvement needed The location is excellent for visiting Zion National Park, and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there were two notable issues: 1. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell and felt outdated, light is bathroom was extremely dim. 2. The breakfast service at the partner Porter was disappointing. The staff member was quite impatient and somewhat rude. Despite triple-checking our order for five takeaway breakfasts, we were only given three, and the five orange juices we requested were completely forgotten.
