Clean, safe and good location Our stay here was very short but we couldn't fault the hotel. We arrived late evening, check in was quick and staff at desk very friendly. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Used the gym the next morning, it is small and basic but perfectly functional with towels and water provided. The hotel is airy and spacious and the parking garage is very safe. Parking is a public car park but is attached to the hotel and cost $7 for the night. We left again in the morning and didn't eat in the hotel but would stay again.

Better Options in Town The hotel is an average property with below-average fees and customer service. The location is good, but there is little to offer here otherwise. The rooms are a bit dated. The showers are in bad need of new nozzles (4in round nozzles with half the sprayers stopped up). Elevators are being renovated and very slow. Absolutely no benefit to Diamond status here: no late checkout, no recognition, no upgrades despite plenty of availability, etc. Fees: $7 parking with no in and out privileges, $75 for late checkout, no water in room, $35+ for a room with a refrigerator (business class or suite only).

Additional Charges first, customer satisfaction second Don't bother if you are a business Diamond member. If you finish your job early, can't leave without being charged $107 extra per day for every day that you leave early from the original reservation. Parking is $7 a night. Diamond members get a $15 credit per night that can be used for they breakfast that they charge for. Too bad they charge a whopping $20 for the crappy buffet, so you still end up paying $5 for a meal usually free for top tier customers. The rooms are old, not worth the price. This place is all about the charges, not customer service

Great stay for local attractions Nice hotel. There was a convention going on when we visit, so it was very busy. The elevators were not all working at the time of our visit so that was frustrating. The breakfast buffet was very good. Had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Easy parking next door. Cheap for city parking.

There has to be a better hotel in the Capitol city than this. Only one elevator was working, unless you wanted to fight with housekeeping over use of the service elevator. Housekeeping never showed up to clean my room. The air conditioner barely worked. I would not stay here again. I checked in late at night. The parking garage is was difficult to use and the desk clerk made me feel like I was imposing on her when I checked in.
