Sign the Corvette Quaint little hotel with a historic feel. The room was nice. It had hardwood floors a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom only had a shower & toilet with the sink outside the door. I think if the door swung the other way it would be easier to close. My only complaint was the directions from Google sent you downtown instead of to the hotel. When I called they said you had to put in Southern View, IL in order to get directions straight to the hotel. This was disappointing because I chose this hotel for the downtown location.

Route 66 Hotel. It's a moderately priced hotel for people on a budget and it's not far from the Springfield attractions.. The interior has a musty smell kind of like a bowling alley but I didn't mind that although some people might have a problem with that. I noticed they no longer have digital clocks in the rooms which is why I always bring my own.

Unexpected little cool hotel!!! A vacation without a destination!!!! My room is very clean. The staff has been some of the best accommodating I’ve ever had experienced at a hotel. There is some pretty cool things to look at around the hotel. Seems to be fairly quiet. I havnt ventured out very far just yet to see what restaurants are close. There’s a nice grassy area across the street. (Just pick up after your pup). I’d stay again. They are very pet friendly.

Rt 66 Hotel worth staying Its a vintage hotel and restaurant....with an attached museum of many Rt 66 Historic examples everywhere within the building, including the restaurant. The management was wonderful...Coby and Dianna (Gib) (front desk) were so courteous and likewise the restaurant staff.....Tim , Jenifer, the chef were extremely nice. The area had a tornado scare but The staff (Tim) soothed our NJ - semi-terror attitude. (The tornado turned and didn't come close to the hotel area at all! ) The menu portions were plentiful and very tasty... but the best surprise ever.."the room came with dinner and breakfast" !! The room price was reasonable; all was delightful. We wanted to experience Rt 66.....this hotel was the star of the trip! (Nick & Carol)

So disappointed cute hotel HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Simply put…………. So DISAPPOINTING. First glance, super cute, high tech nice hotel rooms… Upon further inspection NOTHING worked right, after a maintenance visit and promises for a new room (that never happened) and hours of trying to get, one thing after another to work properly so we could just relax and enjoy our room we finally gave up and went to bed. When I brought my issues up with management they were unbelievably rude and disrespectful.
