Past its' prime - beaty is only skin deep Stayed for 5 nights with wife and kids in a double room. Pros: Centrally located in relation to downtown and the capitol but the area is oretty mich a ghost town. Wifi fast Lobby good Bathrooms good Affordable Cons: Cleaning and housekeeping below expected standard. A/C a bit wonky but got fixed Breakfast: single use plates/cutlery, nothing fancy. Cereal, stale bagels, lard inferno (bacon, sceamvled eggs with cheese) and bake-you-own waffle (kids liked it). Keycards outdated and failing after 1 day General condition of rooms a bit below expected standard

No AC, no service DO NOT STAY HERE. Starting off, the room descriptions online are not accurate. I initially booked a suite that offered a roll-in bed. When i asked about it during check-in, she said it wouldn't fit in the room. We switched rooms to a double, but she then realized that the room wasn't clean *we were checking in after 4:00*. The AC was broken in the room we ended up staying and every time we went back downstairs, there was no one at the desk to ask to switch Later when i arrived home, I realized that I had been charged 3 times for a 1 night stay. I called the desk and the manager's extension numerous times, but no one picked up and the voicemail was full. Now I have to dispute the claim with my bank. Wish me luck!

Great location, but wonky stay. Great location but a wonky stay. Don't even bother with the hotel bar - warm beer and wine, no frills, and an uninspiring vibe. It's no wonder no one goes. Plus, you have to ask if it's even going to be open - or not. Upon arrival, I noticed an unwiped counter in my room and no toilet paper on the holder in the bathroom (but there were some full rolls on the shelves above the toilet). Rooms are small, but manageable. They called my hotel room phone at 11:16 pm to see if my room was actually occupied. and woke me up. I'm not sure what the confusion was - but I thought to myself, geez - was the room actually cleaned? Morning shower consisted of only conditioner and lotion. No shampoo. I didn't realize this until it was too late. The hair dryer squeeled and I swear, almost sparked. I left with damp hair. Breakfast was a non-starter. At 8:10 when I arrived, coffee was gone and so were the eggs. But, like I said, great location, free parking, and a reasonable-ish price. I think they just need more help. They have good product potential.

meh the service was horrible, there were two tiny pillows per bed and we asked for more but they were out. we only had hand towels and asked for more but we just got a bath mat and hand towels. the rooms were tiny and our phone didn’t work. We were there for an event and multiple other people went into a room and it wasn’t cleaned and there wasn’t much staff eaither. When we were checking in they didn’t even know about our event that was in the hotel.

Don't bother staying here Disappointed that I chose your hotel to stay for one of the main reasons listed on your website which stated a free hot breakfast. We arrived 4 hours away on Friday 3/8 and when we went downstairs for breakfast on Saturday 3/9, we found none. We were told later that there was no breakfast because the truck didn’t show up. No apology provided. Day 2 of our stay, we went down for breakfast on Sunday morning 3/10 and although the sign in front of the doors stayed breakfast from 7 am -10 am, we went into a dark eating area at 7:10 am. We turned on the lights and found cereal, yogurt, and eventually a gentleman came in and brought in bagels. No cream cheese or even butter was provided and we had to leave at 7:50. Nothing else was brought into the room. I went to the front desk to find a sign stating they were assisting a customer and would be right back however no one was anywhere to be found. Also, when I booked our stay with 2 people, we checked into our room to find 2 bath towels. I went downstairs to ask for 2 more and was informed I could get them in the morning. Never received because there was no one at the front desk in the morning. I paid for SOME service - this hotel offers none.
