Very Average Ladies at front were very nice and helpful! Unfortunately the pool, bar / restaurant were closed due to renovations. The rooms are small and dated. No soap on sink to wash your hands. Had to use body gel in the shower which was weird. Luckily the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the mall that has several restaurants and Mikes American restaurant and El Paso Mexican restaurant are about a 10-15 minute walk in the opposite direction of the mall El Paso had excellent food. Best enchilada sauce I’ve ever had!! Dunkin Donuts also walking distance which was nice. No Keurig in the room. You have to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. Several other hotel options in the area. Would consider something different if I was back in the area.

Another disappointment at Marriott Courtyard Stayed here on a Sunday night and was very disappointed. I really believe that Marriott needs review Courtyards like this one and change them to a different level. First of all we were shocked to be charged a parking fee - what a parking fee? Then when we got into the room the disappointment continued. It is 2020 and and to have no light fixtures with USB ports is Stone Age. The bed was not what we are used to with Courtyard. There some kind of pull out bed in a couch that was the most uncomfortable couch that I have ever sat on. Then there was soap scum on the soap dish in the shower. My wife and I took a walk around the building and noticed that the security lighting was not on 90 minutes past sundown. When the lights did finally come on there many lights on the building out.

Surprised Stayed here traveling from Outter Banks an had a car breakdown. Not familar with the area at all an was quite surprised with acccomodations. This was during Corona pandemic so hotel was not full. Very nice decor an nice little area for snacks/pop/beer etc to purchase in lobby. Resturant was closed but did have nice menu. Also closed was pool an spa/gym but all looked very nice. The employees were kind an friendly which helped us in getting around the area to get car repaired an even gave us a later check out since repair wasn't able to be done as quickly as we thought. Good area, mall etc close by.

Very Unhappy. I stayed at this hotel with my wife and I am very disappointed. As a man of color, I felt as if the lady in the morning, that works at the bistro was being different towards me. I saw how her face expression changed as soon as I walked up. Not only that, she said that all my wife could have for breakfast was cereal and milk, that we could have nothing from the menu. Yet when a White male, came up to her, she even gave him free coffee and was being so nice and smiley. Which made me more upset. I’m really not trying to pull the “Racist card” but in all honesty, she was being racist towards my wife and I. Can’t believe we had to eat cereal with milk for breakfast.

Great Team I travel here almost every week, so have stayed here quite a bit. The highlights of this hotel are the employees - from the sales team (Andrea and Alex) to the Bistro (Elena in the morning, Alex and Demi at the bar in the evenings). There is a very loyal clientele of business travelers at this hotel, and they tend to congregate at the bar in the evenings - Alex and Demi make the place so friendly that people return often. I'm extremely happy with my decision to commit to this Courtyard as my hotel of choice here in Springfield.
