Just say nope, unless you don't care Not a resort. It's a hotel under renovation. Nowhere on their site did it say this. Okay. Reno a few rooms maybe, the restaurant was closed, the room did not look anything like the website. Sparse and uninviting. Light switches that do not turn on anything, room photos had large soaking tub...room did not, room photos had carpet....room did not (not anywhere). No place to put your suitcases, no place in the shower to put your shampoo other than the floor, to place to put your wash cloth or hang a towel, Room photos had proper seating area, room did not (2 small chairs and a table isn't a proper seating area for a king suite with balcony), room said ocean view...well okay I can see a peek between 2 houses, it definitely a pool view. My photos will be provided. (And one from their website) There is a bit more, the elevator makes a strange noise when you get in and moves about an inch down before you press the buttons. All of this and ....I tell ya I gotta laugh, $10 daily parking when there are less then 5 cars in the lot and it's off season. (I live by the beach on the space coast). It's like the Temu version of a resort. Nope not recommending, when it's done maybe it will be nice. Though with all of the other options why take a chance. Just don't. The only saving grace was 3min walk to the beach and a really good restaurant just a 1/2 mi. North. That review will come later.

Anywhere but here. Please go anywhere but here. I wish we had stayed at the Marriot or Hilton chains across the street but we were deceived by the glowing reviews. Learned my lesson it’s much better to pay more. Staff here was pleasant enough but we were unaware the restaurant was closed and the jacuzzi wasn’t functioning- lukewarm with one jet working (we booked the hotel to have a bar and a jacuzzi). The room had a heavy stench of mildew mixed with just stale air. No opening windows or ventilation. The AC worked very well, super cold. I assume due to the renovation, the furniture looked like it was from the early 90s - wood carved and a plastic wood themed headboard. I didn’t even mind the hammering and drilling at 9:30am, honestly the construction was not my issue with this location. It was #1 the smell and lack of fresh air. I have no problem with a parking fee, but maybe waiving that while under these conditions would be a wise choice erring on the side of your guests.

Not good Comfy bed but got us in late into our room. Told us many times it would be ready early and then we were waiting around for it was ready late. Doing remodeling and the rooms bathroom vanity area had no lighting. Lol put a floor lamp there! That is silly. Pool tile was disgustingly dirty. Front desk staff very blah and not accommodating. For what they charge go to best western across the street!! This place not worth it at all.

Beautiful hotel, website is not up to date Website isn’t updated. Wife and I booked this hotel for the restaurant, jacuzzi room, and being close to the beach. When we arrived, we were told that parking was $10 a night. I told the employee that it wasn’t on the website and it was frustrating. Went ahead with it anyways. The hotel is under renovation because Hilton bought it, so the restaurant is closed down. The employee said none of the restaurants around were good for breakfast and told us to drive into town. When we got to the room, we didn’t have a jacuzzi tub. We went back down to see what can be done, maybe they had a jacuzzi room open? Nope, Ben was quick to check us out and said “they were full and he can resell our room.” When he said they were full, I asked why he would check us out, since now we don’t have a place to go. I told him since there wasn’t any other rooms, I would just wait and speak to the manager in the morning about some kind of refund, since it didn’t have the amenities we wanted. Ben got smart mouthed and started being rude. Wife and I just told him to refund us our stay and we will leave. He said he couldn’t get us a print out because the system won’t update until the morning, so I asked how he could sell our room if the system says I’m still there? He wasn’t trying to listen or work anything out. He was quick to cut us off and get us out of there. The hotel looked great, but the staff member ruined the stay. Won’t be going back!

NOT Secure anymore! We stayed here three years ago, and everything was secured as far as the outside doors and the gate that leads out from the pool. This is no longer the case, people that are not staying here can wander in and out of the gate to get in the pool. It’s just a simple latch that does not lock, wonder about a kid getting in the pool and something happening to them. I repeatedly stated this on my stay to the person at the front desk. They were turning over to Hilton but the management right now said to open this gate that used to be pad locked. The entry door to the right side of the hotel on the first floor no longer locks either. . As an ex business manager for Hilton hotels, I hope that when Hilton takes over, they will fix these issues. I do not recommend this hotel any longer.
