Great place for the money Just want to say first off. For the price this was a really good deal. The room looked newly remodeled and was clean which is very important. But the a/c barely kept up and room temp was decent but not cool enough. Also the mini fridge wasn't very cold. By the end of the second day after we turned it down it was a little better. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay again if I was on a budget because how nice the room was compared to the price of $80 a night. Lastly the beach is undergoing dredging and maint so we chose to drive to another beach 10min down the road.

Great place! Great location! Great price! Most friendly! Amazing place to stay on St. Augustine Beach that doesn't break the bank! Great location, by the pier and most friendly staff! Laid back and everything you need close by...2nd time staying. My son has been home for 1 day and already wanting to go back! And we definitely will!

Amazing place to stay and great staff This place was great across from The beach next to restraunts was super pleased the staff was so great and accommodating just can’t say enough good Things . The only thing I would Recommend is for a public washer and dryer like Most hotels have other then that I have not one complaint.

Great experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. No carpet! Location was great. Across the street from the beach and the Wednesday market. Very short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Janet at the front desk was very helpful with a special request I had. She and everyone else at the front dest was very nice. Two thumbs up!

Close to the beach but needs some work! Air didn’t cool off our room. Fridge didn’t get cold enough to keep our food cold. Ice machine was broken. Said no water. Beds were hard as a rock. Didn’t sleep good. Inside pool: heater was broken. Room was clean. Staff was nice. No breakfast _
