Competent hotel that’s missing just a few things Location: Right off the highway and across from Brock University. Reasonably close by car to the Niagara outlets and Niagara on the Lake. Parking: Plenty of free parking in a large lot. There are even electric charge stations in the lot. A nice touch is dedicated short term parking for check. Facility: A large hotel of all suites style (no kitchen). There is a restaurant that is still pandemic closed. Also a small pool that needs to be reserved for 45 minute intervals. Plus there is a workout room. There are two elevators in a large open lobby with easy stair access too. Rooms: Fairly spacious with a microwave, small fridge, and a safe. The TV resolution and colour was terrible and contrary to advertised they have no HBO or access to Netflix. This is a major oversight that could use improvement. Another downside is a lack of USB connectors except on a small desk in the living room. Many hotels have multiple connection points. Rooms and furniture are generally clean, but I did notice spider webs in the corner. The sheets are good and the shower was also nice. The more environmental soap and shampoo dispensers are appreciated, but a larger recycling bin would be better. Note that pets are allowed here. Noise: Generally quiet due to the pandemic impact but the front doors do allow quite a bit of noise to come through. Service: Very pleasant and accommodating. Overall: A good enough stay to consider returning.

Great stay! Convenient location for visiting the Niagara Region-St. Catharine's, Welland, Thorold, Niagara-on-the-lake, Niagara Falls. Helpful staff (mini fridge in suite wasn't cooling and was replaced within 15 minutes of calling guest services-IMPRESSIVE!), clean rooms, quiet, easy parking. Excellent 2 night stay.

Four Stars for Four Points We stayed for three nights at this large hotel which is located on top of the escarpment, across from Brock University. While technically located in Thorold, it is convenient and close to everything in St. Catharines with easy highway access to Niagara Falls too. The rooms are large (all suites) and very clean. The hotel maintains all COVID safety protocols. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is lots of free parking. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the restaurant and bar were not open. The pool was open, for reserved times. These restrictions will hopefully be ending soon, although it was a little inconvenient for us. Nonetheless, we had a great time staying there. It was certainly very quiet as there were not many guests.

Helpful staff, tired property On the positive side, the staff at this property (particularly the front desk) are very helpful and do their utmost to fulfill requests, answer questions, etc - excellent responsiveness and initiative. The rooms are large, reasonably well equipped, and quiet. Parking is free, a definite plus in this area. The negative? Although the rooms have been renovated, it appears to have been slapdash - crooked doors, uneven floors, leaky shower all over the floor - and is rapidly showing it's age. The rest of the property has the same atmosphere - rather neglected and depressing (though this is obviously somewhat impacted by Covid related restrictions). The cleaning was also not thorough, which is of particular concern these days (large lotion bottle from a previous guest left on the floor). Overall, it's satisfactory for a brief stay, but I'll likely look elsewhere when returning to the area.

Very pleased with our stay. This hotel is very modern & up to date. The Guest Service staff are amazing. Very professional & accommodating. One Representative Shrey Kumar went over & above with his service. When we got settled in our room we realized that the tv in the bedroom was not working. Shrey upgraded our room after going to several rooms himself to check out & make sure everything was working & gave us a choice. The upgrade was very much appreciated. Not only did he do that but there was myself, my daughter & her 10 year old daughter. Shrey made sure he reserved her alloted time in the pool. She needed batteries one night & Shrey brought some to the room. The whole stay (5 days) he was amazing. Kudos to the hotel & Shrey for the outstanding service.
