Loved Saint Charles!! Stayed in the historic district at Comfy Inn & suites! Great hotel and locale! Adorable stores, coffee shops and tons of restaurants.. so adorable, safe and waking distance to many interesting sights, museum,& , a good view i of the Mississippi. I’d stay in Saint Charles longer next time..

Impressed! Pleasantly surprised! Besides the perfect location within walking distance of historic downtown and covered parking, I was impressed by the cleanliness and size of our 2 suites, the quality of breakfast and the cleanliness of the dining area, and was most impressed by friendliness of the entire staff!! I felt very welcomed and would definitely stay here again!! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that I have couldn’t find a single thing wrong with- enjoy!

A nice place to stay. We’ve stayed here 3 times and all were good. Everything is clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast is great. Location is very convenient to historic St Charles and within walking distance to the river. Parking is easy.

Beware of choice hotels "special rate/no refund policy" When I was booking this room I saw that I could log into my Choice Hotels account and get $10 off. I saw that it was a "non refundable" reservation, and I thought that's fine. No way I'll be canceling. Then, I wound up not being able to go that weekend. Almost 3 weeks before the reservation, I talked to 3 different people between the actual location and the choice hotels customer service. I practically begged them to just let me change the date to a week later, and they would not budge. So, I'm paying for a room I can't use. I honestly cannot believe they're sticking it to me like this. I have stayed in their hotels many times over the years. I hope they spend my $230 wisely because it is the last they will ever get from me.

Wonderful Staff & Location! This hotel is located in a great location - on the Katy Trail & river front. Close to shops and restaurants. The room is large and beautiful. The hotel is comfortable with a great staff who was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
