July 2024 stay I stay here with my Mom every summer to visit with my brother. This place and the staff are great I have been coming here for four to five summers and will return next summer. The staff is always so attentive. If I ever need anything the staff is right on it. Dan

shady hotel booked in 3rd party web sight, 97$ so 118 night so 236, saved 45$$ web sight said no additional charges,Morgan said no 200$ hold ,damaged dep, ok wanted to book in 1 more day ,hotel said another 200$ damaged dep, if I payed 140 with them no damaged dep ,but 3 party saved 45$ ,so pretty shady business practices, went to green mill,10% off bad food wth room key, served didn't wanna give this to us, had to reminder her, but tiped in cash, thanks for a crappy trip,very over priced,

Fire alarm rang at 1:30 AM Had to evacuate down six flights of stairs with my three toddlers due to a false fire alarm. Fire alarms happen, but what really ticked me off was zero direction or help or apology from staff. None of them came out to check on the guests nor did they offer any apology or comp on the morning. Would not stay here again.

Horrible The room smelled horrible. Big hole in the carpet. Dirty wash cloth in the shower from the previous guest who was there before me. Manager was rude. Air conditioning hardly cooled the room. There was a baseball tournament in town the place was very loud kids running all over unsupervised no staff around the area. Hardly could get a towel for the pool if you could even get in the pool there were so many kids in it. Beyond pool capacity for sure.
