A Dynamite Experience! All staff are amazing and there's too many outstanding individuals to mention. They are all knowledgeable and personable whether they work at the front desk, on the phone, at the restaurant, van drivers, maids and especially the exercise class instructors. One to mention is Ian the meditation instructor. Had two sessions with him and he ramped up my meditation practice to the next level and beyond. Looking forward to returning to Red Mountain Resort ASAP.

Almost For a resort, I expected more. We had to switch rooms because of dead bugs in the room on arrival. The "no refund policy" strong armed up into staying or we would have checked out after the first day. The room smelled like cigarette smoke whenever the AC unit turned on. The shower curtain was stained. Single ply toilet paper. Luckily the staff was kind and the trail was beautiful. For the price, I would not stay here again.

Repeat Visitor--RED MOUNTAIN DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! I truly can't say enough good things about Red Mountain Resort. I went with my sister for a girls trip in 2019 and we did daily hikes, yoga, spa days, and a trip to Zion. It was the best vacation I'd had to date. I decided to go back solo in 2024 and was a little worried--what if it wouldn't be the same? what if post-covid changes would make it a bit less magical? But I had nothing to worry about. Five years and post pandemic later, the resort was just as wonderful of a trip as the first time. Even more so! I went by myself and signed up for a number of group hikes and trips. I did yoga and relaxed by the pool and it was truly the best week I've had in a long time.

Time to find a new happy place My family calls RMR my "happy place" since I first traveled there in 2017 for their Essential Retreat, a wellness package. The staff and morning hikes are still wonderful, but the rooms are run down (my AC despite maintenance coming out did not work properly and the mattress was in poor shape), and the classes were so limited, I downgraded my stay. Perhaps the latter should have been an obvious outcome with extremely high temps, but they also did not deliver their package/product. Taken together, it is time to find a new happy place.

Sagestone at Red Mountain.. My husband got me a day at Sagestone Spa for a birthday massage and it was heavenly! Valerie was my bodyworker and I could tell she loves her work. The other nice thing is I arrived early to spend time at the pool and then just got showered and all for my massage. It was pure luxury.
