Excellent experience Very elegant hotel in St Louis. I have stayed here over probably 6 times over the years for business. The service is excellent. I have never been disappointed. The room was very nice and very clean. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to St. Louis in Feb 2025

Beautiful everything Stayed here as a part of my husband's company Christmas party, that also took place here. They outdid themselves decorating for the holidays, it was breathtaking. Location was great, service from everyone from valet to front desk to service staff was exceptional. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger & the A/C a little more consistent, but it's an old hotel & wouldn't stop me from returning! And as a side note, the banquet room, food & service was absolutely phenomenal (being a 20-year hospitality & event veteran, I'm most critical on this end of things and they did a wonderful job)

Home away from home with new friends We visit The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St Louis with frequency. It is a very comfortable hotel with all of the conveniences we need, but our favorite part of the Royal Sonesta is the people who work there. Caren Clark greets us at the front desk with warmth and follows our needs throughout our stay every time. She is a gem. We recommend The Preston, a delicious restaurant in the hotel lobby, where you are greeted by stellar hosts, Brenda and James, and provided excellent service by the service staff, especially Alice. If you have to be away from home, find a bit of home and friendship at The Royal Sonesta.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff! Where to even begin! The entry is stunning, the front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel, including Caren, Harold and Pam were exceptional. I was here for an event and getting things to my room and to the ballroom was seemless because the bellman went out of his way to assist me. Anytime I needed anything, they were ready and willing to help. The room I stayed in was beautiful and I felt like I had my own little apartment. I really hope I get the chance to stay here again. Just fantastic!!

Convenient, very nice hotel - I would return Lovely hotel in a great location in St. Louis. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom, great hotel bar and restaurants. The air conditioner was loud, so I didn't rate it a 5 but I would stay there again. Great restaurants within walking distance.
