Skip This Four Seasons. Not to Standards I'm a big fan and very loyal patron of Four Seasons and I stay at them all across the world and often for both business and holidays. But don't even think of wasting your money at this Four Seasons, St. Louis. The location is dreadful (my room literally overlooked highways, and ghettos). Likewise a good night of sleep is nearly impossible as endless streams of trucks, loud cars and racing motorcycles continue across the bridge next to the hotel all night long (and the noise level is intense regardless of the floor you stay on or the side of the hotel of your room is located). Additionally, the rooms are just "okay" and the overall experience makes this more like the Two and Half Seasons. Note it is also connected to the casino next door (which I surmise keeps this hotel going). But there would be no other reason to stay here. I won't even get into the front desk associate who checked us in, having such poor English he could barely understand half of what we were trying to communicate. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant for breakfast was on bright spot. Bottom line is skip this hotel if you are looking for a normal Four Seasons stay. It's not anywhere even close to the usual standards.

Greatest experience in STL, MO The pool was by far the best experience we have had with a hotel pool! The suite was amazing as well. The employees are top notch.

Always a treat to stop here in StLouis! The last time we were guests here was in March of 2020 and they were remodeling the lobby and parts of the 8th floor, so it was fun to see the “new” remodel. Entry is beautiful and staff helpful…and a lovely signature scent to greet roadworn travellers. We were celebrating a 16th & a 50th bday in group, and the Four Seasons made it special—plush Cardinal gift for my kiddo, and treats in the room. The new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay’s, now takes the place of previous restaurant, and it was a great in-house option with views of the city. We missed going in the pool since we arrived late—closes at sundown/8pm (that was a fave from our last visit)…and we left by noon and they were working on pool so it wasn’t open (yet) the next am. The hot tub& wading pool were lovely early am before the heat of the day. Seriously such a great option to just sit and take in the city views from the 8th floor pool. The pool attendants were so friendly and helpful. Workout facility is top notch (machines, free weights, smith press). We had a room facing the Gateway Arch on the 14th floor. Rooms are so cozy and beautiful. My teen’s fave L’Occitane soaps and lotions stocked in the bathroom. Again, a great visit. Well done 4Seasons!

Impeccable! Impeccable. That's the word to describe our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a spa-like vibe, a smooth check-in process, an outstanding rooftop pool experience with five-star service, and ultimate comfortable accommodations with sizeable rooms and a view of the St. Louis Arch. Everything about the Four Seasons St. Louis made our stay quite a few cuts above the rest! Accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you need during a hotel stay and more! Unbelievable! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more aspects of the hotel and its amenities, but we were only able to stay one night. We did; however, enjoy brunch at Ramsey's Kitchen which did not disappoint either. But I have to say that it was the staff that made the difference. We did not encounter one staff member that did not greet us with the biggest, genuine smile and award-winning hospitality. Thank you for making a special occasion even more special than what we anticipated!

Over priced. When construction prohibits guests from relaxing you can't charge over $500. It was also very obvious that the restaurant staff were not interested in accommodating a large group of black guests. They never provided a server on the rooftop.
