Very good hotel and staff We stayed here on 7/25 to 7/27/24 in room 911 and thought it was a very nice hotel. The hotel is easy to find, about a .5 mile walk to the Arch (down 4th St) and there are 3 or 4 restaurants within a .5 mile walk. The exterior was clean and maintained as was the lobby. The front desk (check in and out) were friendly and helpful (esp. Brittany). There are three elevators and they require you to use your keycard to activate them. The doors close pretty quickly. There is onsite parking ($30/day) both outside and in a parking garage. Your keycard gets you through the gate (in and out) to the parking area. If you are parking in the garage, you pull up to the large black doors which open automatically. The garage is the 2nd floor stop on the elevator. Breakfast was very good and the women running it did a great job keeping things stocked and the tables clean. Breakfast is on the LL level and can be reached by the elevator or the stairs. There was no daily housekeeping during our 2 day stay (which I miss), but extra towels and trash removal is provided as needed. If you are doing a multiday stay check with the hotel for their housekeeping policy. Room 911 was good sized, clean, reasonably quiet and the beds were comfortable. There is no Arch view from this room (you see a casino, roof and highway). The bathroom was good sized and had lots of counter space. The water pressure was good. The room had a fridge (no freezer), coffee pot and decent internet. There is a clock which I appreciate. We would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Arch and would stay here again.

Dust mites and crabby reception people, but great buffet servers and walking distance to the arch. The people at the reception must have been in a bad mood. They weren't necessarily rude per se but dismissive and talked like robots. Definitely felt like they didn't like their job or were overworked. The security guard by the parking lot was unhelpful. We had a digital key that didn't work for the entrance into the parking lot. He just sat there without offering to help. When I asked him whether digital keys worked on the entrance, he just shrugged and didn't bother to offer any assistance. I had to go back to the lobby to ask for a key card while my husband waited at the parking entrance. There was no other car behind us, but he decided he was going to "assist" by telling my husband he couldn't stop there, knowing full well I was getting a key and he wasn't blocking any car (there were no cars in sight). We returned, got into the parking lot, and the oversized parking lot was a joke. I'm not sure how they plan to fit oversized vehicles. We had a truck, and a number of those lots did not fit our truck. Lastly, the hallways are really narrow, so it is a bit difficult to maneuver the trolley/cart. The room looked clean and decent, but I caution regarding the beds. I'm highly allergic to dust mites, and I was getting allergic reactions in my eyes and nose and got a breakout on my face from 1 night of sleep. My husband said that the people at the breakfast buffet were really nice, though. They were happy, cheerful, and friendly.

Great Staff. Great Location Front desk staff was friendly and very professional! I was even able to get great dinner recommendations. Natasha made sure had a great stay! She’s the best! The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff was upbeat and greeted everyone upon entrance to breakfast area. Lastly the room I was staying in was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part of the room was the view I had.

Disappointing Average rating only because we were able to get a clean room to sleep five at a decent cost. There is a 30 dollar parking fee that you need to go inside to pay before parking. Staff was unusually unfriendly. Breakfast was free but my appetite was ruined as there was a big black ant in the oatmeal. I would not return.

Best Hotel Experience Ever From the first phone call to the reservation desk, to the checking out experience, this was the most amazing hotel staff we have ever dealt with anywhere in the country, Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help in any way. Even the little lady that managed the breakfast area was unbelievably bright and cheery and more than willing to make your waffle and bring it to you. Bring you more coffee or have you try one of her yogurt/granola mixes. The front desk ladies were always cheery and made you feel so special. The room was clean and very comfortable. This was my first experience in St. Louis, and I will be back, and when I do, I will be staying back at this hotel. Like i said, this was the best hotel experience we have ever had while being on the road, and we spend a lot of our time each year traveling.
