Never again. I don't normally write reviews, but this was just a terrible experience so I feel compelled to share. First, I was upgraded to an executive lounge room. Great! Except that when I entered the room, there were pictures missing off the walls - with the hardware sticking out and still attached. There were left over cleaning rags in the room. The air handler was loud and rattled to the point where one could not sleep. The vents also had a thick thick layer of dust and clearly had never been serviced. There were water spots on the walls and a chunk of wall was missing from the closet. The bed was so worn out that it slumped badly in the middle. I reported this to the manager who did not offer to move me. All he said was "thanks for letting us know." Second, on the second night of my trip, all the elevators in the West Tower were down for several hours. Third, the executive lounge is not open during the times listed on the website. Nor do they have snacks available. Fourth, the conference rooms are in dire need of attention. The lettering for the signs are literally askew and falling down. Fifth, they do not honor the Hilton food and dining credit, even though they say they do on the website and on the app. They simply refused to do so AFTER the fact. The only good thing to say is that the dining staff are really nice and the food was pretty good. The room just felt old and gross and I would not want to stay here again.

Great Location, Minor Issues Great location near the Ballpark, Gateway Arch and many restaurants. Hotel is huge, very nice lobby. But the rooms are in need of a deep clean and repairs. Friendly and attentive staff. Had some the best hotel food and drinks at the Market Bistro and Bar. Very nice Rooftop Bar with Amazing views of the Downtown area. And having a Starbucks in the lobby was Awesome! Overall enjoyed our stay. Stayed on the 19th floor-East Tower, 1 City View and 1 Arch View King room.

Utterly Disappointing Doesn’t Even Begin To Describe My Experience Poor service. No internet. Staff doesn’t care to listen to concerns. Customers are cutting into the employees time! Should have done a better job reading the trip advisor reviews. Might have saved our family stress and disappointment. In short, RUN, don’t walk from Hilton By The Ballpark St Louis. Staying here will be a waste of your money!

Disappointed I had way higher expectations from this hotel but I guess its up on age. The facilities are a little outdated and rooms are super small. Our room was missing a few personal items like towels and body wash. The staff was a little on the rude side (the younger people, the old folks were super courteous). The hotel has a rooftop restaurant which is nice but underage needs to leave the premises at 7PM sharp so we were not able to have a family dinner. It was an overall average stay but overpriced for the service provided.

Not the best stay, but was ok The hotel is aging. The positives were the friendly staff, the water pressure was amazing, and my room had a great view. However, the beds were as hard as a rock, sheets and covers stained, and elevators sounded like they were gonna break down. Also the room was very small, you couldn’t close the bathroom door without standing by the toilet. And the bathroom door did not have a working latch. The ceiling is low, so you can’t raise your arm in the shower. At night the AC wouldn’t keep up, so it got so hot I would wake up sweating. During the day the AC worked too well as it was freezing in there. I attended a conference, and only attempted to eat one of our free meals (taco bar), but everything had soy in it… the salad did not, but the salad dressing did. Hard to eat when you have a soy allergy. I’m not sure why a taco bar would have food made with soy. Accessing the internet in my room was nearly impossible. It kept saying not available or no internet. I finally had to use my phone’s hot spot, which was hit or miss too. The tv remote did not have plastic on it, like nearly all hotels do since Covid. It felt sticky and gross. One of the lights next to the bed kept flickering off and on. With all the crime going on outside, I didn’t always feel safe. Fortunately one of their staff members would suddenly appear and it was reassuring to have them around, almost like they were doing it intentionally.
