For Hilton would expect more Nice hotel, clean and very comfy beds. Shuttle from airport very complicated. Had to ask airport information desk to call. Lady at reception extremely rude, no please, welcome etc: „ID“ etc. Room was very, very far away from reception. Liked the room though. Shuttle from hotel to the airport was not available so had to pay a Lyft! For the price would have expected breakfast to be included.

What a dump—join the 21st century, please!! I stay in Hilton’s all over the country and world and this was my worst stay in the last 5 years. The room was bare of any papers, guides or menus. There was no QR code that gave a map of the property, tv guide or area guide. Once I asked, I was given a poor xerox copy of the room service menu and a map. But, what good is a room service menu if u have to leave ur room to get it. The lotion was attached to the wall, but empty, so the solution was to give me a travel size bottle instead. Last, but not least, the shower head in the 36” square shower was aimed at the side wall instead of the center of the stall, ridiculous! Best thing was a Schucks grocery store across the street where I could get snacks and water, especially after the disgusting breakfast I had in the restaurant my first morning—runny eggs, burned hash browns—the nearby restaurants are good, at least. Not staying there ever again!!

Just book it :) I was apprehensive after some of the reviews on here but after my experience a review is warranted. The rooms in the tower are fine and updated (at least mine was -3308). Large room, 2 sinks in updated bathroom, over looked small parking lot and no noise from freeways. A treat. There are rooms in other buildings but if you ask for a room in the tower you should be satisfied. I used the app to check-in and pick my room which made it very easy. And the room was available before 3pm. Enjoy!

Excellent staff and property Very pleased with this property! My standard room was still quite large, and had lots of space. Even with a few issues concerning the room, the staff member Kellsey sprang into action and took excellent care, and resolved the situation! The pool was in great shape, just be aware that it is smaller than depicted in the marketing pictures (in my opinion). Regardless, it is an excellent choice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and a competitive price, also!

Beautiful hotel! We really liked the architecture of this hotel! Beautiful! Refreshing to see this preservation. Thank you for keeping it looking so grand! The rooms are large and with crown molding! The public areas are big, spacious and beautiful. Nothing looked or felt cramped. So nice! It’s in a great location. There’s a restaurant onsite. A barbershop! The staff were very nice, quick check in and out! I believe this ranks top of our list of hotels on this long road trip.
