Quality Inn St. Louis Airport Hotel

Recently Remodeled Room was great I was very pleasantly surprised, after reading some bad reviews. My room was recently remodeled and was in great condition. Room was large, spotlessly clean, had new wood look floors, clean modern bathroom with everything working. There were lots of lamps and USB ports. Shuttle came quick to airport and hotel was very close by. Clerk was polite and nice. Only cons: they have not yet replaced the curtains which were old and torn in 3 places letting light in. The bed spread was stained. Thin walls with noisy neighbors. Make sure you get one of the remodeled rooms as they are not yet finished doing the first floor. Breakfast room is closed during the remodel, but coffee is available. Overall, great.

Do not trust the amenities listed. Amenities are not accurately represented. No pool No hot tub No free breakfast The phone system.was down and not able to reach front desk by using the room phone. The TV did not work correctly. This is the only reason I am giving 2 instead of 1 star. The receptionist immediately offered to switch our rooms for us. The hallways smell and are not well kept. I will say it appears this hotel is under renovations. But that is no excuse to claim amenities that they do not offer. We chose this hotel because of the amenities listed.

Unsafe and not up to code for someone to stay in a room without a working smoke detector Not familiar with St. Louis, so stayed close to the airport.. Walking down the halls, there's electrical wires. Hanging out of ceilings latters going up into ceiling. There's a missing smoke detector and wires hanging out of the wall.all we wanna do is go to sleep. Because we're exhausted, and all there was on the bed was a sheet, no blankets.. Go down for breakfast the next morning and to check out. And we were told that there's no breakfast because they're under construction, only coffee.. when i m looking for a motel. I was looking for a breakfast so i didn't have to find a taxi to travel. Was told there's pancake place out back. So now have to spend another thirty some dollars just to get breakfast. Mentioned on, check out that we had no smoke detector and there was wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. 2 women staying by their selfs in the motel. Thinking that we will be safe, and I'll we could hear. Is people working in the ceiling, apparently doing wiring for the construction. We stayed their two nights Will find a different place to stay our next visit.

Never again This place is really bad. The ladies at the front desk were about the only good thing about this hotel. The room was nasty. Smelled of mold. Everything I touched was nasty damp. It was old and damaged and dirty. I don't even know how a place like that passes any inspection. I'll stay under a bridge before I go back there. Choice hotels used to mean Quality. Obviously not anymore.

AMAZING QUALITY INN NEAR THE Airport In February 2023, I took a flight to Michigan, and I had a 24-hour layover in St Louis. This was the cheapest hotel to the airport, so I decided to stay there for a night. The front desk staff was absolutely nice and check-in was absolutely easy, the restaurant "Golden Pancake" is absolutely amazing, especially the cheeseburger & fries. The room that I stayed in was absolutely clean, the sheets were nice and clean. I've stayed at other Quality Inns that I have had a bad experience in but this one was the nicest.
