Wedding block We reserved a block for our wedding but had a horrible experience. Nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to coordinate details/rooms prior to wedding day. Our guests complained of dirty rooms (clothes/food left from previous guests) and couldn’t get a hold of “complimentary” shuttle service, so our guests had to wait outside the venue for over an hour

One Man vs The World Hey, honestly I seen some bad reviews and I'd like to say that one man can change a 2 star hotel to a 5 star immediately. And now if I ever think of St. Paul minnesota hotels he is the man I'll think of. His name? JP. Old cute and polite man who treated me with so much respect and love and made my weekend, thanks JP! He even recommended good places to eat! - Kana

Great place What a lovely place for a solo traveler. The lounge was great, full of happy people enjoying their time with colleagues and friends and the bartender, Wilson was really cool and served perfect drinks. The rooms were spotless and the staff was amazing. I felt safe and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in my accommodations. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is well stocked. Hair dryers are not provided in your room. Room service is done every third day. There are no luggage racks in the rooms. We had numerous guests in town for my daughter's wedding, and the hotel did not provide a shuttle service to and from the venue per the agreement. I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't stay here! Sure the photos look nice but looks can be deceiving. The only good thing I have to say was the bed was comfortable and its close to downtown St. Paul. Other than that our stay was horrible. An employee was texting on her personal cell phone pointing to where the breakfast area was. Wish I got paid to do that. For breakfast there was only Almond Milk available (which has a ton of sugar) no other milk options. The pastries were tiny, no muffins. There was processed egg patties and sausage which didn't look edible. The bread was hard. No yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, no waffle maker, nothing. When we checked in in the middle of the afternoon cleaning staff was mopping the floor of the elevators with cleaning solution when we have a dog that has to walk on it and then the next morning they were mopping in front of the breakfast area right when people were coming to breakfast. The worst part was that our room was super warm it was horrible made me sick to my stomach. We even turned the heat off and it was still almost 80 degrees. Staff said they turned off the air conditioners and there was nothing they could do about how warm it was in our room. The windows could be opened but had no screen on them! Big time safety risk. The next day when we were leaving to check out only one of the two elevators was running! We were on the 6th floor and we waited at least five minutes for an open elevator. There was constantly cleaning staff in them. Bathrooms are super small with no counter space. I'd rather spend more money at a nicer hotel than stay at that this Radisson again.
