Great location, maintenance issue Overall an okay stay. Location is awesome, right on the beach, beach chairs & umbrellas provided. Drinks at the beach bar- very overpriced and service was meh. Check in staff fantastic & housekeeping great. Our room was not ready at 4, but shortly thereafter. Bed was super hard, like my hips hurt. Rooms were adequate, good size, definitely a partial gulf view as advertised. PROBLEM- we had a note on our door that routine maintenance was required on the AC unit. Trouble is they woke us up to do this maintenance, two hours before we checked out. I get it’s required, your in hospitality- don’t wake people up when you will have full access in 2 hours.

Great value for beach front getaway 5 out of 5 for location and beach front amenities. This hotel is located on a beautiful beach on St. Pete beach. Room comes with beach lounge chairs with canopy cover. Pool area is nice also with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels also included. Super cute beach bar, Coconut Charlies, for drinks and bar food. Food just ok but we enjoyed the seafood tacos we ordered. The 4 out of 5 was for the age of the building. Older basic hotel needing a bit of updating but rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a good price on Travelzoo, so it was a good value. In hotel restaurant, also Coconut Charlies, we had a delicious breakfast both days we were there. We didn’t try dinner there but heard it was good from others. We would stay here again. Don’t expect anything fancy, but a good time to be had!!

Great stay in Clearwater My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete's beach this past August. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, but the hotel grounds were completely cleaned up. The staff is very friendly, and the pool area, the pool bar/restaurant are great. We had a great room with ocean view, which was a nice perk. The beaches are also gorgeous with hotel cabana's free of charge with the room, and the beaches are wonderful. It feels really Caribbean with the white sands. On our last day, I lost my hat by the pool area, and I want to specifically mention the friendly staff, especially Cassandra, who tried to track down my hat for me, and when not possible, took a lot of trouble to find a similar one and send to me. To be honest, this has never happened to be that any staff took so much trouble to help find and replace a lost item, and it really surprised me, showing how the hotel takes 'service excellence' to the next level. Thank you, Cassandra!

Good Pick in St. Pete Beach The hotel is right on the beach with lots of cabanas and pool. The beach bar is convenient, but a bit pricey. The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Overall, this was a good pick for our stay.

Great stay in St. Pete! Maria, just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us. What a pleasant stay we really thought it super relaxing. Coconut Charlie’s was delicious and definitely our go to breakfast! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was adequate size. Beach cabanas were great to have . Definitely will be returning!
