Wonderful stay in St. Petersburg My wife and I stayed 3 days at the Hotel Zamora. We had a wonderful time! Our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The hotel restaurant Castile and their roof top bar were outstanding. Another great feature of the hotel is its access to the intracoastal waterway. We rented a charter fishing boat and they picked up up right at the hotel. The service from the staff was top notch. I would recommend the Hotel Zamora to anyone who is looking to stay at a truly unique destination.

Great View, Spectacular Staff, Property Needs TLC Badly The BAD: 1. The pictures online are not indicative of property condition. Needs TLC Badly. Paint peeling everywhere. 2. GYM: Not much to talk about. Same cups left in same spot for over 2 days. 3. Pool Area: Cushions on ALL of the chairs were dirty, faded, w/ stains. 4. REDTIDE: Not Hotel Zamora's fault but prior disclosure would be nice. Been going on for over a month there; on the news every night. Beautiful St. Pete Beach was rendered unusable; limited to the pool for water entertainment (see above). 5. Road Construction: Not Hotel Zamora's fault, prior disclosure. St. Pete Beach is digging up the water main all down the main drag, closing the middle lane for traffic. Its like taking your own life in your hands, esp with children, to cross the road to get to the beach. 6. Small Hotel, not many amenities. 7. Thin walls. Could hear neighbors as if they were in our room. 8. The Shampoo and Conditions vials empty upon arrival. For the price / boutique ads, the little things add . GOOD: 1. Staff. Very accomodating. Alfred is a treat. He is in the valet area - be sure to look him up. He gave us some great ideas for a bike day to Pass-a-Grill area; had a ball. Pleasure to deal with, full of great ideas / stories. Richard was our waiter at Hotel and was sure to make our arrival lunch amazing!!! What a great waiter. Christine is a super Hostess! 2. VIEW: Incredible rooftop bar for sunset views - Bar 360. Best view in St Pete Beach bar none! 3. ROOM SIZE: Nice size room for price.

Beautiful boutique dog friendly hotel! First if all, EVERYONE was exceptionally nice. The service was above par! We had an amazing time here. The castile lounge was so fun with the live music and craft cocktails. The pool bar was fun too with frozen cocktails perfectly prepared! The rooftop with amazing sunsets! Sofee was right at home here and they seemed to love having her! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Probably would say come in the spring, fall or winter! It is hot here. But the air conditioning worked very well!!

Great Location! Beautiful boutique hotel. Needs minor updates. The only two reasons I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars were lack of upgrades modern amenities to their rooms and red tide. Obviously the latter is not their fault. I’ll get into that later. First of all the hotel is stunning and has an incredible rooftop bar for sunset views. Many people came to this hotel specifically for the sunset. Best view in st Pete! Location is prime, you can walk across the street and be right on the ocean, chair and umbrella rentals available as well. Close to many restaurants and bars as well as Publix. On-site Valet makes it easy for coming and going. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were sparkling clean, bed was very comfortable and the views from the room over looking the inlet were stunning. We caught the sunrise every morning from our bed! Sunset from the roof every evening. It was really beautiful and loved the boutique feel. Red tide made our stay less than desirable, and the only reason we booked this particular hotel was for the location to the beach. We basically didn’t get to enjoy the beach one day we were there. The red tide was so bad in the air we couldn’t enjoy the pool either due to the heavy dead fish smell. We spent two days trying to sit at the pool but it was pretty smelly. Again this isn’t the hotels fault but make note to check this before you travel. The pool was nice but very small. Had a great pool bar and again the staff were so kind. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were so welcoming and nice! The room lacked some upgrades I felt reflected in the price per night of this hotel. For that nightly price of $400+ I expected a tv that was bigger than 34 inches and had a guide rather than having to flip channels one by one. The headboard leather was peeling and should have been replaced. And the armoire was extremely old and dated. These things aren’t overly complicated and I only write to say I felt for the price, could have been a bit nicer. Also for that price good coffee or coffee shop inside would be nice. The restaurant coffee was about as good as Waffle House. The walls were EXTREMELY thin. You could hear our neighbors phone alarm go off. We could hear our neighbors talking at low volume, let alone their kids screaming. So this may be a deterrent if you have trouble sleeping. Other than a few minor complaints, I give this place a great recommendation and would stay here again in the future. Also they are pet friendly so that’s a cool bonus! I included the beautiful sunrise photos and great things we enjoyed plus a few pictures of the things I thought needed some attention.
